The heels of these shoes are cheaply made. I’ve had these shoes for 2 months & I only wear them to my job. The rubber has worn off and exposed the metal of the heel. I really wanted to like these shoes and I received compliments all the time, but these are definitely not worth it.

This shoe is super cute, and I do like this hard to find style. I usually wear a wide width shoe however this shoe was so narrow that I could not even try it on. It does not come in a wide wide so back it goes with much sadness.

I love these shoes. Was disappointed to find they squeak rather loudly with every step.

I have a strange wide foot with a fifth metatarsal bone that sticks out right about where the front of any shoe that is cut into two parts meets my foot, so a wide width is always needed. Sometimes a shoe is cut so that even a wide width won't cover that bone and make the shoe fit comfortably on my foot. These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. Another reviewer said her heels wore out quickly, I hope that doesn't happen with mine. This style is kind of retro, but I like how a t-strap looks and fits on the foot. Would order the black ones too if the price was the same as the taupe ones. I question why Zappos will reduce the price on one color of a shoe and not the others, but I guess I should just be grateful I can get a bargain on at least one color. Zappos, I am so glad I don't have to return these! You guys are still the best in my shoe shopping experience!

The shoe is quite stylish. Its looks were just what I sought, but the medium width was so tight as to be unbearable. I am reordering in the wide width.

ankle strap too big

I love these shoes. They are super cute and very comfortable. I have received so many positive comments about them. The color is beautiful. Not too dark and not too light.

Cute style but the closure was uncomfortable at the bottom of my ankle.

Needed to return as this shoe seemed both shorter and less than wide. Bummer as they were super cute!

The ankle strap gapped nearly 2-3 inches and couldn’t adjust enough.

Loved these shoes, unfortunately the strap rubbed my ankle in the front. Overall very comfortable. I wear an 8.5 - 9 in most shoes. I ordered a 9, but probably an 8.5 would’ve fit better. (Only the strap on my ankle would have been tighter!). I ended up with Cobb HIll Aubrey. Also a great shoe.

Comfortable and stylish. I am a flight attendant and need comfort and style as I am on my feet for hours. The strap helps keep the shoe in place and better for me than a classic pump style. Love them!

The shoes were not a comfortable fit to my ankles.

These are cute shoes and the heel height was just right, but I had to return them because the buckle hit exactly at the ankle bone, could NOT walk with these. Too bad, I really liked them otherwise.

I ordered a 1/2 size up and I'm glad that I did. The shoes run small. Otherwise they are nice. My only other concern is the velcro straps -- they are hard to pull through and I worry that over time the velcro will come loose and be a problem. Regular metal buckles would have been nicer. But for a low heel they are very cute.

The back that surrounds the heel hits uncomfortably just under the ankle. Too high.

Super cute and size/width was good, but for me there was a spot that rubbed on the outside of my foot. I could see that turning into a blister after a day of wear so back they go.

Really wanted to like these as I love the T-strap style, but I ordered my normal size and I could not make these tight enough. My heal slipped and they were cutting into the sides of my foot on the back, so not comfortable for me.
