The upper material is poor quality, it ripped when I tried to tight the laces. Bought them 2 months ago, in October,wore them few times only.

These boots are warm and lightweight. However they are not water repellent and the sole is way too slippery on wet/snowy surfaces. I had a very bad accident while wearing these boots when I slipped and fell on a snowy path.

Right out of the box went to laced them up and the top hole popped right out of the shoe. So disappointing, as they are so comfortable and cute

Boots are comfortable and warm but I have to keep stopping to zip them when I'm out walking my dog. Almost sorry I purchased them.

I purchased these boots less than one month ago, and the rubber on the bottom is already coming off the boot. I live in Michigan and have not even had one day of snow yet to try these in. They are already falling apart.

I bought these for casual evening wear Not even 2 weeks they snagged a tear on the top somehow And wearing them in the rain the water soaks through the top of them and my socks get wet Very disappointing

I return because the size is not fitting ; but they never refunded the money . It is really hard to get customer care service too. I won't be shopping again
