These shoes are super cute and comfortable to walk literal miles in. However, they started having huge air bubbles on top only after two weeks. I am super disappointed in the quality.

These shoes are so cute but the insoles are not removable (they're glued in) and the sides rub on my feet so much that I can't wear them for more than 3 hours without extreme pain on the sides of my feet. I wanted these to be an everyday pair but unfortunately they're only going to be used for instances where I can sit most of the time. Literally the least comfortable shoes I've ever worn.

Very cute shoes that get a lot of compliments and are comfortable but I just bought them and some air bubbles have appeared at the top of the shoe, basically the ruining the look of the shoe :(

Love the style and the shoe. Just can not wear for work if you're on your feet a lot. Definitely needs more cushioning for your feet. Had to buy insoles.

I love these shoes so much and can't bring my self to return them even though I've worn them enough to break them in & they still feel too tight after a long day. The cute factor saves them

I really did love these shoes, I wore them constantly in both casual situations and to work! However, I bought these about 5 months ago and they are already falling apart, with the bottom platforms seemingly caving in, as well as my feet being visible through the top! Again, I absolutely adored these shoes, so it was very disappointing that they fell apart so quickly.

Bought them last year only wore them for about 20 times in total and the have started to peel and bubble from the metallic color.

These used to be made with a real solid rubber (durable) sole. Now it's some cheap squishy material (we'll call it rubber adjacent). These won't last 6 months. Always so disappointing when a well loved shoe comes back and it's been "value engineered" and cost more money.

Worn once in the rain and the patent coating bubbled, now they look awful, so disappointed as they are so comfy. I had read on other reviews that this has happened but give it the benefit of the doubt, big mistake

I've worn these shoes to three 8 hour work shifts where I am on my constantly moving around and they creased immediately. My feet don't hurt much at the end of the day but these are too cheaply made.

My daughter loves the style of these shoes or I would have never bought another pair. They flake within months and this time I paid 20% more than last year. Ridiculous.

The box said size 9, but when I wore them the first time they felt too big. They were actually size 9.5 and store would not let me return them.

I tried them on for 15 minutes straight out of the box and they immediately started creasing. After that, I wore them for one full day and the synthetic patent leather already started cracking.

I really love them but the outer layer started to peel after like a month or two of wearing them. they're comfortable and great for running errands while still looking nice!

They're very stylish and cute but the way they crease leave behind a bubbles of plastic on top. They look bad after a month of wear.

Cool shoe out the box. Unfortunately I have only worn them around 20ish times theres already a lot of wear besides creases. I am in no way rough with my shoes because it is very rare I get a new pair

I loved these shoes so much as they're super cute and comfortable. However, after a few months, the plastic outer coating of the shoes has already deteriorated as has the material underneath.

These are so cute and exactly what I wanted style-wise. However I have to put my own insoles for comfort and they became so scuffed and trashed in one month of wear!! That's unacceptable.

The first time I laced these shoes a post fell off and I was extremely disappointed with the quality. I need to mail them back to exchange them.

i'm so sad. it's really really hard to find shoes that fit me, and these fit perfectly. HOWEVER they literally broke as i was first trying them on, like just taken out of the box and tying the laces for the first time.

These were so comfy but within a couple weeks they lost their coating? And after being my daily shoe for a few months the soles completely came off.

Poor quality upper fabric. 5 months of casual wearing fabric falls apart with holes in it. Very heavy over 2 lbs. (932 g for both). Sizing is off. For size 8 purchased size 7! Return at our cost!

Comfy and cute but all the shiny parts peeled off! It started with just one tiny bubble and morphed over the entire shoe. Had to paint them black just to wear them.

My High school aged daughter loved these. Bought them last year for $20 less (thanks to tariffs) but they flaked and looked like garage, so we bought a new pair for the new school year. Even worse quality if that's possible. The outside flaked off within 2 weeks. Can't find the receipt for a return. My bad, I should have realized it was the shoe quality and not how hard my kid was on them. Paid more for less. Trash.
