This a well-made basic black flat. I ordered this pair and a pair of much more expensive ($170) SAS black flats, and this is pair I am choosing to keep. The leather is soft and comfortable. The sole is as cushioned as can be expected in a flat. I am teacher on my feet all day, and better quality shoes are my luxury. There is not really any arch support in these flats. I was hoping for more arch support (and willing to pay for the more expensive SAS pair if needed to get the arch support), but I still think I will be able to teach all day in these. I ordered a 10 wide, my typical size, and they fit. I have moderately wide feet. If you have very wide feet I would suggest the WW because I don't have any extra width room. The heel does not slip. Overall, satisfied for the price.

Size ok but heel slipped

I bought these for work as an event planner. Within a summer season of being on my feet in these, I wore out the treads on the bottom of these. I think they definitely served their purpose for me. They're a decent pair of basic black flats. I do have plantar fasciitis and didn't find these to be as supportive as what I truly need. I think for someone without any foot issues these could work well.

Simple classic look, dressy without being flashy. Struggled to find the right fit as shoe seems to run a little long. Had to go with wide for toe box space but then rest of shoe also a little wide. Found a good size and refined fit with heel cushion and slight arch support.

They run a little big on me - I've lost weight so it's possible I should have gone down a half size. I would like more arch support than what these have. But they're okay.

I bought these to wear with a long dress at an outdoor wedding and they were comfortable enough -no problems or complaints. I would prefer a more padded insole and more arch support, but they fit my feet well without pinching or rubbing.

The toe box was too tight. The heel cut in too much in the back. The leather shoe was quite nice so it may work for someone else.

The shoe is beautiful. I love the leather; its very soft. However, I have slim heels and they slip. I could put an insert in and would keep them but the top of the shoe is low and hits the bone beneath my big toe. Its very painful. My search continues.

The left shoe felt great. My foot was literally coming out of the right shoe.

The shoe does not feel comfortable, and the look is not great.

Not really a problem with the shoe so much as a problem with my feet (bunion). These cut right across the bunion bone.

This shoe is made with a pointy toe box. Super uncomfortable and simply squeezes the toes together. Otherwise it was a very cute shoe and the quality of the leather seemed to be very nice. But, pointy toe box, no way for me. I have mature feet along with toe issues.

I am having bad luck on choosing shoes that fit and are comfortable. But I will keep trying.

These are the frumpiest and most uncomfortable ballet flats I have ever owned. The leather cut into the top of my foot and the shoe is not true to size as there was not any room for my toes.

The fit was perfect. The look was exactly as pictured. I could not get over the fart sound they made with every step I made. Total deal breaker.

Cute and nice, soft leather! Useful for dresses if you want to switch to flats.

The feel and support are excellent.

The shoes are just a half size too big. I usually wear size 8 1/2W, and I will exchange them for size 8W.
