These were stiff and uncomfortable. I think even if they fit right, they might still be uncomfortable as there is no give in them.

Very disappointed. First, appears these were badly repackaged and the shoes looked a bit worn. Second the toe box was way too tight. Will be sending back.

I ordered an 8.5 M but it felt like a 9 or 9.5 narrow. Very narrow and long. Returned. Great for someone with a long and narrow foot; alas, that's not me.

The Naturalizer light gold metallic ballet flat is very attractive and seems well made. The gold is muted, not brassy. The front width was as expected for Medium. The heel was way too wide for my feet. The arch/instep area gapes hugely, and there is zero arch support. I am returning the shoes because they will not stay on my feet. I would need a Mary Jane strap to hold this shoe onto my foot. Size: 7 1/2 medium. Color: gold metallic.

The shoes fit fine, but they squeaked and even though I wore them in the house to see if they would stop, they did not. Both shoes made a very unpleasant sound and it would have been audible to anyone around me.

Returned. Didn't fit properly.

Two stars due to durability. I wear these daily (m-f) in an office environment - indoors only; I change into them when I get to work. I am military and appreciate that these are plain leather and allowable within uniform regulations. They are very comfortable, and it is hard to find a good fit for my hobbit feet so I appreciate the range of widths. However, after only about 4 months of wear the rubber of the heel has a tear (from a weakness in the construction, not from anything unusual). Sadly, despite the comfort I think the price is too high for semiannual replacement.

It seems that the right shoe had been worn or tried on. It was stretched. I ordered my normal size 7 narrow, but both shoes were too wide. My older Naturalizer shoes fit well. Sorry these did not fit.

This were so tight and I am also a 9 1/2. Looked a little cheap in person.

These shoes run small

I was very excited to buy these shoes. However, the shoes pull across my bunion and I cannot walk in them without pain.

There were two different sizes in the box. An 8 and a 6. The eight fit. Will re-order.

These shoes are my favorite but have obviously been worn by someone. The left shoe is stretched out and both heels and toes shoe wear. I want these shoes for my trip but don’t want worn shoes. Please send me another pair.

Ripped the back of my heel to shreds in 30 minutes.

They fit okay; they squeaked when I walked and it sounded like I was passing gas, so that was a big No.

The shoe was too big and it was not a Naturalizer and there was to be no trim on shoe when I saw photo but when received it had trim. Nothing like what I ordered.
