As a lover of Vans and checkerboard I fell in love with these slippers at first glance. I'm a 9.5 men's in most of the shoes but these only came in whole sizes. I tried a size 9 and 10 but the 9 felt more comfy. Trying them on in store versus actually wearing them at home were two different feelings. Yes they felt wide in store but I only took a few steps in them to make sure my toes wouldn't bunch up in them, which they didn't. Wearing them at home however feels like I'm wearing flip flops because these slap your soles with every step. The heel is collapsible but I don't like the way it feels on my foot plus it makes the flip flop slapping sound and action to a whole new level. I've already worn them for a few days to try and adjust to them but I wish I would've just taken them back and got a refund. I am however looking forward to future versions of this slipper

My feet have always betrayed my pop punk loving heart & ive never been able to wear vans slip ons/ checkerboards due to the size/ shape of my toe box. These are incredibly spacious & comfortable & warm. I initially used them as indoor slippers only but have recently allowed them out into the world. I just bought a second pair to keep on top of my closet for the days these start to wear out. Note: they do run slightly big but I find that more comfortable. I was NOT able to do my PT exercises in them, for example, though.

What can I say, I'm an older woman who loves Vans. They are very comfortable and stylish. The checkered pair I just bought are so cozy for my hectic days on my feet. I have many Vans in different colors .

I haven't worn these a ton yet because I'm saving them to be my fall / winter house shoes. I sized up a half size because they were on sale and I plan to wear them with thick socks. The fit is perfect for that. They are a bit wider than my other Vans. I also really like the sturdy sole.

I have been looking for the perfect slipper forever! I found them. I bought one in black and one black and white checks. Comfortable. Good quality.

I like slippers that can I can get away with wearing as shoes and these work! I will wear them as slippers, they will also be my "I got up even though I didn't want to" reward, also my inside shoes at work when it is really snowy I don't want to wear my boots all day! I can also see them being great for when my feet are tired but there are still things to be done because they are SO comfy.

After waiting for what seemed like an eternity for these to return in stock in my size, my patience and persistence paid off and I was able to snag a pair. Talk about the wait being worth it and more! They are SO comfortable, and I am in love with them. I ordered my normal true to size that I always do with Vans, and these were no different of a fit. They were the perfect fit. I felt like elder emo cinderella putting these babies on my feet.

I got my regular size and the fit perfect. Checkered slippers are so comfy and stylish.

Love the style and these are pretty comfy. We sized down a half size and I still have room to wear thick socks. I wear them indoors only.

Soft and comfortable but a little bit thin so I'm not sure how long they will last. Runs at least a half size big, as most people have said. Cute design.

I was skeptical these would be cut big like my snow lodge slippers, but they fit perfectly as a house slipper should.
