Only one shoe lights up

The crocs are supposed to light up but only one of the shoes lights up. It's very frustrating since they are not a cheap purchase.

The lights on one shoe worked for one day and no longer work. I called customer service and they said I had to send an email. I sent an email but have heard nothing back from customer service. It has now been 44 hour business hours.

Had lights on only one shoe

Bought my son these light up crocs and he was very happy. The lights stopped working in a week and I sent an email trying to exchange them because I just spent almost $50 on them for the lights to stop working and the only way you can return and get another pair if they were never worn. Deff will never recommend.

My 4-year-old son was super-excited when I brought these shoes for him. He loves Spiderman and I also bought some Jibbitz charms for them as well. Unfortunately, the lights stopped working after the first time he wore them, and the lights were his favorite part. I'm not sure if I can return them after they've been worn, but will try.

I purchased this item for my son and when they came in the left clog didn't light up just the right one. I went to the croc store to exchange them and reorder them because my son really wanted them and they said they could just refund me my money and I'd have to reorder online myself again. What are the chances of reordering and the light not working? Did they not check if it works? If I'm going to pay for them they ought to work! I was so upset and now to reorder them and see if they work or not. I go online to reorder and they don't have his size now to wait for them to stock up and see if they even work.
