Did not like. my partner said they look like space shoes. very weird shape, square at the heel, very thick sole. Have to return.

I love the shoes but not sure what Zappos was thinking - they were returned by someone, worn, dirty and in a size8 Mens Florsheim box not a size 5 women's NB box. I will order the shoes through a reputable source. Love NB but can not believe the condition of the shoes that arrived.

I ordered these in sea salt (white with black) twice and although the picture matched what I was ordering, each time I received the wrong color (white with white). The inventory is, apparently, misidentified. I returned both pair and then ordered them from New Balance instead. It took longere but at least I got what I ordered.

Toe box slightly narrow but heel was too loose. Tried different socks but still didn’t work.

I was on the fence when they came in. But a friend swore they were comfortable. I wore them and within an hour if that I wanted them off my feet. They were the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve worn in a very long time, years. Not good. My feet were pain and throbbing for a dm dry long time after

The fit was larger than normal. Did not like the material of the shoe

They seemed really cheap, almost like they are a knockoff of a true New Balance.

The the box is narrow and it squeezed my toes.

You sent me the wrong color. The color I ordered better be available still.

Material is thin and seems to be made from plastic

I did not try them on…they look like some one else had worn them…and I am very picky about shoes and do not wear used shoes…but I really feel like this is a used pair of shoes…they look as if the have already been worn by some one else..all of the tissue paper was taken out of the box…I am all kinds of disappointed over this and will be sending the shoes back

I just purchased a pair of NB but wanted to try these as well. the ones I have are a little short so I went up a 1/2 and these things are huge. Get your true size in these.

These shoes are marked size 10 but they are clearly smaller. I ordered the same shoe in the same size and these are visibly smaller. They are mislabeled.

I love the 327s and have several. The shoes that were received had scuffs on them and a small tear on the suede at the toe. The box was not a New Balance box so I am returning.

Hard shoe for a sneaker. No support. Runs small.

I was so excited to get the last pair of these New Balance 327’s in my size! I was thrilled they arrived so quickly. I hurriedly opened the box to discover first an awful smell, then to feast my eyes on the used, dirty shoes. Well, it’s safe to say my excitement was squashed. How did this even happen? Can’t exchange because this was the last pair in my size. Don’t worry though, I can pack them up and drive them to Whole Foods and stand in line for 20 minutes to return them. Thanks!

I was sent 2 right feet. Very disappointing.

Fits true to size. Very comfy!! I've received my compliments on them!
