This sneaker runs very small, if you wear certain size, you should order one full size larger in this style. No arch support. Design and color are nice.

These are very nice shoes however they were more “clunky” than I expected. The area around the ankle isn’t as padded as other new balance sneakers I have which made them less comfortable for me but may not bother others.

Too large

They were too small, too narrow.

True to size. Very comfortable. I’m a 7.5 - 8. I always get a size 8 and these fit as expected. Arch support is not as good as On Cloud. But I’m not using them for long walks or running. It’s more of a fashion shoe for me. Great style. I get tons of compliments.

These shoes are both comfortable and stylish and perfect. I tend to have a narrow to medium width foot and can be in between sizes 8M to 8.5M. I went ahead and ordered up to the 8.5M because other reviews suggested to order up if in between. I am glad I took that advice and I will offer to the same to others.

These are generally comfortable, but if you have a wide foot (or arthritis), it may feel a bit constricting. I love the look!

Runs small

Did not like. my partner said they look like space shoes. very weird shape, square at the heel, very thick sole. Have to return.

The most uncomfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. Had to return.

It was too small for size so it’s hard to tell how it should feel.

Love these shoes, but size DOWN! I am normally a 7.5-8, but I had to size down to a 7! Still love them. They look great and are super comfortable!!

Love it, but need larger

2nd pair of 327s. I finally landed on the right balance with New Balance!!!!! I've been on purchasing/return spree of 327s trying to find the right size and color combo. I need to order a 1/2 size down from my adult size, but when they look/feel loose, remember to first loosen the laces starting about midway and then retighten for an actual snug fit. Just tying your shoe straight out of the box is not enough.

I’ve seen these New Balance around, decided to give them a try to have an alternative to my ON Cloud tennis shoes—I’m happy I did, they’re very comfortable and stylish, wore them all day yesterday, no issues and I find them to be true to size.

Super cute and comfortable but I think adding an arch support or athletic insole would make them even better.

I was so excited to get the last pair of these New Balance 327’s in my size! I was thrilled they arrived so quickly. I hurriedly opened the box to discover first an awful smell, then to feast my eyes on the used, dirty shoes. Well, it’s safe to say my excitement was squashed. How did this even happen? Can’t exchange because this was the last pair in my size. Don’t worry though, I can pack them up and drive them to Whole Foods and stand in line for 20 minutes to return them. Thanks!

I normally wear a size 10.5 now that my arches have fallen, but I had to go with an 11. I don't mind since the shoe is very comfortable and cute.

They fit slightly big, but less than a 1/2 size. If I would have gone down a 1/2 size, they would be too short. My orthotics took up some of the extra space.

I'm a standard US Women's size 9 and I originally ordered these in a 9 and had to exchange for a 9.5. Due to the materials and construction in the toe box my big toe was hitting something that made it feel a bit too smooshed. the 9.5 helped with that but now I have to tie them tight to keep my narrow foot in place better and not slide around. Honestly, probably not the best fit of shoe for me but they just look cool - I dig the retro vibe of the tread up the back. So they won't be my wear everyday shoe but they'll be nice and cushy for the standing room only concert.

I purchased a 7.5 for my teenager whose feet are still growing and a 5.5 for myself. I purchased the first pair of 327's in 2022. These are now the FAVORITE across the board. I get my usual shoe size... for comparison, I wear 5.5 in dress shoes and Nike is very TTS for me). They are super lightweight, have very adequate cushioning and we love the look of these sneakers. We are not using the sneakers for sports, but we are on our feet all day in them. If you feel your own feet like "more room" so to speak, keep in mind the sneakers do break in/stretch over time since they might feel a bit snug in the beginning.

I was sent 2 right feet. Very disappointing.
