I am a true 7.5 in women's shoes and sneakers therefore I ordered my original size. Unfortunately, I have to return these sneakers because they ran about a half of a size too small.

The black version of these classics seems fake, the quality is completely different from the white ones which I also ordered - no real leather or suede and the mesh part makes plastic noise and lets no air in.

Great syle and color but the material of the tongue and upper body rubbed on my foot and was extremely uncomfortable.

The fit was ok. Honestly, I didn’t like the style look.

So, I wear a 9 - 9 1/2 and I ordered in a 10. They were too short so I exchanged for a 10 1/2. They too are short. My toe went all the way to the end without a sock on; I'm guessing I would probably wear an 11 1/2. I wanted to love these but they too will be returned. For reference I wear a 10-10 1/2 in Brooks and a 10 in Nike.

The shoe is a half size larger. Recommend going down a half size. The shoes are super cute and comfortable. I will order another size. Unfortunately it looked like this pair had been worn outside already.

Super cute shoes but just too narrow for my feet. The description suggests ordering a half size larger to accommodate a wider foot, but these were still narrow and just too big, my heel kept slipping. A lot of complaints on this shoe being narrow - you'd think they would just alter the design to fit normal, non-narrow feet or offer a wide version.

Felt a whole size too small. Will return for a bigger size.

much cheaper and thinner materials/construction than I expected. other colors in same style appear to be full leather upper but this one was a thin canvas mesh and felt cheap. I sized up a half size and they were still too small. Runs very narrow.

I did not like these sneakers for several reasons.... I'm in-between sizes in these particular sneakers. My regular size was too small, and the ½ size larger was too big. There is absolutely no arch support; it's a big, weird flat space inside the sneaker. I have rather narrow feet. They were loose in the front. The inner side of the sneaker is not flush material - it bubbles a bit. Manufacturing defect. The suede-looking material is rather fuzzy and cheap-looking. It looks like it would not hold up well. The design, though, is gorgeous. I like the height. The issues made it a dealbreaker.

The shoes themselves are cute and seem comfortable, but the material they're made of feels like a tent; it honestly feels very cheap and wasn't worth the price I paid. Returning.

I have this same shoe in the nylon version and I absolutely love them. That being said, these are pleather and are so stiff and made me feet uncomfortable and very hot. Also, I felt like the insole felt very synthetic and made me feet hot also. These don't work but the 327 New Balance with the nylon are one of the best shoes I have worn in a long time.

The left shoe fits like a dream. But alas, once I got outside and actually walked in these, I discovered the right shoe squeaks with every step and actually rolls my foot inwards to the point that the inner side seam is rubbing *underneath* my foot. I'm scared I'll injure myself if I keep walking in them. So bummed they're defective and Zappos won't let me send them back since they've been worn outside.

I have seven other pairs of New Balance shoes in my closet, and I love them, so it's pretty unusual for me to not like a pair of NB shoes... this pair is the exception. They are attractive and stylish, which is why I ordered them. They caught my eye twice on other people, so I came looking for them. I wanted this pair for just banging around in, and didn't need a super-supportive shoe since they won't be for running or other exercise, but these shoes have literally NO support in them at all. The toe box is a bit narrow. I ordered my usual 10.5 M, and probably would be more comfortable in an 11 to give my toes a little more room. I tried putting in a different pair of insoles, but they don't fit, further reinforcing my thoughts that these run a little small. I also feel like I got some kind of reject pair... If you look closely at the pictures of these shoes, the decorative N logo on the side is leather. But on my pair the N logo is nylon. It's not all that great looking, and since I was going for the looks when I ordered this pair, it was deflating. (I would have give 5 stars for style if the N was leather as in the photos.) I probably would have kept them anyway, but the fit is not good for me, and I can see my high arch feet caving in toward each other due to lack of arch support. These are very sadly a no-go for me.

Wanted to love these. They look great and seem to be very popular right now. I felt they were a little narrow and had little to no arch support. They are cushiony, which is nice, but no arch. Gave them 2 stars because they look good, but I am returning mine.

After reading the reviews I sized down a half size. They were too small so I ordered my regular size. They felt smaller than the 8.5. Love the style but the sizing is disappointing.

I love these shoes but after wearing them about 10 times they are so stretched out that they fall off my feet! I ordered a half-size smaller and they are still too big so going down to an 8.5 to see if those will stay intact.. otherwise I love the look and style and xomfort

The Black suede that looks smooth in the picture arrived looking "hairy" and raggedy. Not sure if this shoe is defective or if they are now sending them with that type of "styling" with this version. The soles are not very comfortable and they squeak when you walk. Cute look but not practical for use.

I just was not a fan of this shoe in real life. It looked cheap to me. I was going to exchange it but that was not an option. I’ll be purchasing elsewhere because the returns from Zappos take way too long to process.

I have another pair that I’ve had for about a year. These are not near as well made. The tongue flaps over on the inside and you can’t get it to lay flat. It rubs the top of my foot.

This sneaker runs very small, if you wear certain size, you should order one full size larger in this style. No arch support. Design and color are nice.
