These are very cute and stylish. However, they were too big on me and I had to return. I also didn't find them very supportive, and I need more arch support.

Material is very thin but acceptable for walking shoes

Such a cute looking shoe but must return. The way the sole cuts in at the arch makes my feet/arches fall inward. I can’t walk right in these. There is less than zero arch support.

I love these. They are comfortable. I would say they run a little small. One of mine is making a popping noise on the first time wearing them. Sounds like a pop socket. May have to return.

Way too wide in toe box. I have a narrow foot.

Too snug for me

Love the look of these shoes. Ordered the black and also the cream. I am usually a seven or 7 1/2 in a regular shoe, wear an 8 in athletic shoes. All the reviews said they run large so I ordered a 7 1/2. Should’ve stuck with an eight. They do not run large in my opinion.

Love the look. These run narrow and short.

Fit is good and very well cushioned. I like the round toe for my bunions but there is no arch support.

Cute shoes. Not exactly the most comfortable sneakers, feel a bit cheap, but they are alright.

While the laces on these New Balance Classics are very white, the sole and the insignia are distinctly cream colored and the contrast is greater than I thought it would be from the photos (they do come with a set of black laces as well). The other distinct design element with this pair is that the "N" insignia is a pebbled fabric (leather/vinyl?). It is much more pronounced than I realized it would be from the online photos. I have a pair of these sneakers in off-white (black synthetic N logo) and absolutely loved them all summer and fall, so I got these to carry me through winter, but I am less enthused about this pair.

Comfortable and beautiful

New Balance fits my foot well. What threw me was the heel - a sneaker built like a car shoe. I just didn't find it appealing.

I really liked these, but there isn't much arch support. I usually wear a 9-9 1/2 and the 9 1/2 was too small so I ordered 1/2 size up. I'll update when I get them. I plan on adding an insert since the one inside the shoe is removable. It feels like it has good cushion and isn't going to rub on my ankles

These are super cute in person and offer trendy comfort! I typically wear an 8.5 in athletic sneakers and an 8 in fashion sneakers. Based on reviews I ordered an 8! My big toe hits the end of the shoe. Not bad but enough I wish I would have exchanged them for half a size up before wearing them! I have a narrow foot and these fit great width wise so if your foot is wide, keep that in mind! That’s a change from other new balance styles!

The fit felt true to size (I'm 8.5 M). I just didn't like the look of the shoe on me in person, especially how the sole ran up the back.

These are very nice shoes however they were more “clunky” than I expected. The area around the ankle isn’t as padded as other new balance sneakers I have which made them less comfortable for me but may not bother others.

These are generally comfortable, but if you have a wide foot (or arthritis), it may feel a bit constricting. I love the look!

Loved them but felt like I was slipping out of them.

I'm a standard US Women's size 9 and I originally ordered these in a 9 and had to exchange for a 9.5. Due to the materials and construction in the toe box my big toe was hitting something that made it feel a bit too smooshed. the 9.5 helped with that but now I have to tie them tight to keep my narrow foot in place better and not slide around. Honestly, probably not the best fit of shoe for me but they just look cool - I dig the retro vibe of the tread up the back. So they won't be my wear everyday shoe but they'll be nice and cushy for the standing room only concert.

Gave comfort only 3 stars as the sizing isn’t consistant. I have a few pairs in various colors and some I have to go a half size up and others are TTS. I also wish these were a little roomier for when my feet are swollen, as I find them to be a little narrow.
