The sneaker material was too thin

I LOVE the style of this shoe but I couldn't get over the warping on the vamp, on either side of the lacing which didn't form to my foot. I'm really sad to be returning them.

Generalyly love New Balance, but this shoe seemed a bit cheaply constructed to me (but not in price). Returning as a result.

These were too narrow for me and hurt my feet. I have to say, I LOVE the style though, and otherwise they felt very comfortable on the bottom of my feet.

These feel wide

Beautiful shoe - I work in the healthcare field and know about the NB reputation. I found this shoe to be 1) quite high on the heel padded bottom, 2) a bit snug in the toe box - I wear a normal size 7, and 3) made of a material makes a strange "crinkly" sound when walking - this is not your normal knit or nylon or leather shoe. The material is sort of like a thin plastic. Returned:(

Wasn’t a fan of the material that this one style used. I didn’t realize how different it was from my other shoe I’ve purchased in this nb327 style. I ended up sending it back and purchasing another color pattern.

These shoes were cute but much too tight and they don’t have wide so I’ll return

Very very narrow. I've tried them a few times just hoping I'd get a pair that was a little bit wider...unfortunately not. Love the style and wished they worked.

Shoes too big. Typically a size 8 and have another pair of New Balance that fit great and are size 8.

The fabric on these makes a terrible crinkle noise when you walk. I think it’s the “linen” part of the description. Otherwise, I would love them. Returning bc I can’t stand the crinkle noise.

I love the retro look of these shoes. I’ve purchased NB twice through FIGS and was hoping they would fit and feel the same. Huge disappointment. They are NOT even close to fitting/feeling the same. The insert provides hardly any cushioning.

Comfortable and cute but the “crinkly” fabric on the sides was soooo noisy when I took even a few steps that I have to return. The noise was just way too much, sadly!

These are exactly what I wanted but they weren't comfortable.

Did not like the fuzzy trim on the shoes. Was smashed in the toe box area.

They are so cute & well cushioned, but I didn’t realize how narrow the middle of the sole is. I don’t have wide feet and part of my foot hung over, so I have to return. Very disappointed.

The shoe is defective. Some of the suede was worn off when I received it.

Love the style, however, it doesn’t have the arch support that I need and the tongue & heel do not have enough padding.

Liked the fit and the shape of the shoe is very flattering. However, as others have noted the fabric does not seem to be good quality: the canvas is very thin and the suede trim was really rough and shedding in an unflattering way. Thank goodness for Zappos return policy - these have to go back.

I was expecting these to be suede with nylon and the body of the shoe was not nylon like my first pair of 327’s.
