I loved the look, but they run small, the 12 was tight and no other option.

First the positive. Really great looking winter boot for casual wear - like apres ski or walking around town in frigid cold conditions. Now the reasons why I only gave it three stars. Length is TTS but width is on the narrow side. These are not the typical D width that you see in athletic shoes. Having said that, I didn't buy these to handle "winter terrain" like a winter hiking boot. Knocked off a second star because there's no arch support at all. You will need to swap out the worthless insoles with something else. That's what I'll end up doing because it's they're really a nice looking boot and I can't find something that I'd wear that doesn't feel like a moonboot or rainboot or hiking boot.

Boots look to be well made. Super light weight. Looked better live than in the picture. Size was true but super narrow and no wide sizes available. Had to return.

I normally wear a size 10, but occasionally a 10 1/2. I purchased these in a 10 1/2 to account for thicker winter socks. They are still a little tight, but I expect them to loosen up with wear. The shoes seems to be very well made and are very light. I purchased these because I thought they would keep my feet warm. I like the shoes, but they seem to be of very little benefit for keeping my feet warm. I'm not in an extremely cold environment either. I wear these at work, where the floor is an elevated concrete slab in an old building, so it never heats up in the winter. That being said, I live in northwest Washington state, so it's not extremely cold outside. Right now I'm inside wearing winter socks, it's 39 outside, and my feet are cold. At $160, with the shoes being described as very warm, I'm not satisfied with my purchase. Honestly, I'm not sure that my feet aren't colder wearing these than they were wearing my old boots that have no insulation.

The left shoe was literally a half inch more narrow then right.

The shoes look great and are comfortable however are not waterproof as advertised. I wore them once and both shoes leaked profusely. I do not recommend them at all. For $160 I expect better.

The issue is construction. I need these boots for a trip to Austria and need the replacements fast. The left boot (as you can see in the photos) is not well constructed. The left side panel is off center, not aligned to the right panel, so the tongue slides to the right and the whole fit is wrong. I need the replacements shipped ASAP!
