I purchased the bag on sale so it is final purchase; no return or exchange. The bag has some scratches on the plastic. Next time I'll buy regular price so that I can return if not happy with purchase.

Bag is good size & well made. Frustrated with the misleading photos & Hammit choosing to call the color "crimson". When Looking for clear "stadium approved" bags & people hear "crimson" they think ok, this will be perfect for Oklahoma Sooners or Alabama Crimson Tide". False. This is NOT representative of either of those schools "crimson". The leather on this bag is a bland maroon at best.

It looks nice but I thought for the price the strap would be leather since there are so many reviews about how nice the leather is. Final sale so can't return.

Nice, but the leather strap is not finished well. The leather has not been cut super clean and there is a noticeable edge on strap leather, not great.

The size of the purse is perfect, however, the opening really prohibits what you can put in the purse. My Samsung 10 phone will not fit, which is unfortunate.

The bag itself is cute, however I need something bigger. I would love it in the Tony medium or even a bigger size.

I will hopefully use this when I go out for an evening as it is very tiny, just enough room for a phone, a credit card and ID and a lipstick.

I returned this. Because the top inch or so of the purse is not usable space, this purse is much smaller than it seems in the description. you can fit a phone and a SMALL wallet and car keys but you can not fit a case for glasses and you could not fit a normal or large wallet in this purse. If you just want it for a phone and a skinny card holder that would be fine. It is pretty.

I bought this cross body in September and the strap frayed and the ring broke that held the strap . The screws came out of the ring that held the strap

Bought this because I liked the red stitch and the metal tag on front. It what was advertised. But it is not what I received. Got instead a leather tag with no stitching just glued in front. Will be returning.

needs Another pocket Space inside too small

It is much too small. Cannot fit a phone or a small credit card holder in easily. Leather is very stiff and feels like vinyl. Not likely to use it. Unfortunately when you purchase on sale there is no return policy. Very dissapointed.

This bag is not as well made as you would expect for the price. Also, Hammitt's shipping time and horrible customer service will keep me from ever ordering another bag.

The online description of this bag said it had a red suede interior. However, when I received the bag it had a canvas interior and not a suede interior. Additionally, the quality of the bag wasn't quite as expected and seemed a little cheap.

I did not realize the handbag would be o small I find it useless

Looks great, smells so musty that other people can smell it in public, I wore it once.

I was shocked to see that the actual bag is bright RAINBOW colored. It's overstated and way too much. I'm disappointed.

Poor quality bag, customer service took hours and wasted my time

Beautifully soft, but just too small to be practical. With just limited items inside, my phone won't slide into the pocket. I chose this as my years in service gift from the company I work for, so I can't return it.

I am a plus size girl when I tried on the bag it was very small. Cute bag just wish it was plus size effective. Sad I had to return it.

4 hours into using the purse for the 1st time, the zipper broke.

If you are looking for a clear bag for concerts and sporting events this is not the one. Too small to hold even a cell phone. Cute but useless.
