Love the sole of the shoe. Don't like how it is cut on the instead of rounded entry before. Reminds me of a Dansko cut, and that is not my favorite. Kept the shoes because those are the shoes I can wear.

Did not work with my :) feet insole, which was strange because all my other Merrell's slides do. It lacked the support too. The slide and its insert had a lot of give, which made me feel off balance. I need a bit more rigidity due to a weak ankle, so this wasn't my shoe.

This style & pair of Merrell did not fit well at all. i have 2 other similar in style to these & thought the size is the same, this pair felt tight altogether--no room for an insert as I have done w/other 2 pairs. Regretfully, sending back.

Sadly, while a beautiful shoe, good fit, and comfy to stand in, the foot bed was so thick, that the shoe did not stay on my foot when I went to walk in it. I literally "walked out" of the shoes too easily. I'm bummed, because I really like this shoe! And it's the closest successor to my old Encore Q2s which are discontinued. I hope you redesign this shoe.

These were supposed to be a Christmas Gift from my niece, but I had to send them back twice, so the last time I just purchased them myself !! They are not as good as my last work shoes I got from you. I tried to order the other kind, but they did not fit. So I had to send them back. I settled for these after having to send two pairs back.

I was simply trying to replace a similar pair of beloved Merrill's I purchased on Zappos 2 years ago. Unfortunately, while these look similar, they are simultaneously too tight and too long. I tried to order my usual size, but Zappos recommended going up 1/2 size. After reading the reviews about a tight fit, I was willing to let them try. Unfortunately, my heel doesn't stay seated in the shoe, the heel lip is lower than in my last pair, and the shoes squeeze tight over the top of my foot. I'm returning them.

The back of the heel is thinner and flimsier than the previous model, which had a thicker "collar" around the heel. This new version collapsed when I slid my foot in. I loved my previous Merrells, of which I'd had two pairs over the years, but this re-design didn't work for me. I returned them.

I know shoes vary in size, but this shoe was almost a whole size smaller than the 7 I normally wear. It seemed like it would be comfortable, but I can't say for sure since my foot couldn't go in all the way.

I loved this shoe until yesterday, when I discovered that the left shoe was falling apart at the inside heel area (a piece of the foam lining actually came out completely). I've only had the shoes for three months. The right show is showing more wear than I would expect after three months, but it's not as bad as the left. Merrell shoes are too expensive to become worn out that fast. I do not recommend purchasing this style.

My wife just purchased these and the left one fits beautifully, the right one is way too tight at the heel and she cannot wear it. She has ten pairs of Merrell slip ons, the last pair purchased just this last summer, all size 8.5M, same as these, and they are all wonderfully comfortable; so I have to assume that perhaps this right shoe is not sized correctly. We returned them no problem which we really appreciated

These shoes did not fit, they are very narrow, and the back of the shoe is very low, not comfortable at all for the type of work i do. You definitely need to size up or just return them. I wish that Merrell will go back to the old styles, cause these are not doing it at all

I normally love Merrill shoes and was looking to replace an older set of Merrill's. This seemed to be the only shoe close to the ones I had. However I found the low back of the shoe impossible to walk in without slipping. On top of that I processed a return on your website and returned the shoes on 12/12/22 to a fedex and have not had a refund posted to
