These are plain vanilla booties. Not fancy or trendy but definitely on trend. They are comparable to high price designer styles at fraction of the price. Best part is they are super light weigh at 11 oz. Other brands in same style can be more than twice the weight. Love the black ones but also purchased the dark brown which is more of an army green brown than rich chocolate brown. If you have medium to wide feet, purchase in wide, because they run narrow. They look feminine and not clunky like most. I recommend.

I just received this boot today, and it's gorgeous! I got the Olive suede in a size 7 medium width, the same size as all my other Vionic shoes. These boots are very narrow, I wish I would have gotten a wide width (out of stock), and I have never worn a WW shoe! Fingers crossed that they stretch....

This boots are a cute combat boot option. They would be best for a narrow foot and slimmer ankle area, although the laces can be adjusted. These boots offer some arch support but don't seem to be as much as other Vionic shoes I own.

Cute boot but ran very short and narrow. I have owned 20 pairs of vionics and these are the only ones that didn’t fit. I have a regular width foot but even with the laces loosened I couldn’t fit my foot in. The color was nice and the quality seemed better than your average vionic

This boot is very narrow and the zipper wasn't the quality of other boots, however I happen to have a narrow foot and it has worked. Also had to work with the zipper to get it to work well

They look great. Someone with great fashion sense complimented me on my new Doc Martins. I corrected her but it made me feel good that I was looking trendy. They are quite stiff in the heel area which makes them pretty difficult to put on. They say wide but run a little narrow. If you have extremely wide feet i would be cautious. Overall comfortable once you get them on your heels.

I had purchased the red ones last year in medium because there was no wide option. Because I have a wide foot, I took them to a cobbler and had the width stretched. I was excited to see this style offered in wide this season, and I ordered the black W. Unfortunately, this "wide" option is no different from a normal medium width. I do like this style so I will have to invest the extra money to get this pair stretched as well and then they will be wearable for a full day. 3 Stars for disappointing width but 5 for final result = 4 stars. I do love this brand when it's a real wide.

Buy a size up - they are really narrow but the are breaking in Nicely. Unlace them the first try on and wear them for a quick errand . Break them in! So light weight is a big plus too

These boots are a great quality and the color and suede material is very nice. However, I feel like the sizing is a bit off. I typically wear a size 6 in every brand and ordered these in a 6 wide and these boots are snug. Hoping they loosen up after for wearing.

The sizing of this brand is so off. Normal widths are extremely narrow, and the wide with is normal! The boots are light weight and very comfortable, and very cute!

Good looking and lightweight with good traction. However they felt very narrow and the lightweight leather bunched around the ankle and upper was very narrow.

Very soft outer leather and great looking boot, but the width across the toe/ball of foot was very, very tight. I typically wear a size 7/7.5 so I ordered a 7.5 which was a good length fit. My feet are not wide, really tend to run a bit narrow, but these were uncomfortably tight.

I wanted to love these, as my sister-in-law has them and raves about them. However, they were just too narrow for me and just not comfortable at all. Also, the arch felt a little off for my foot. I am usually a solid 7 in almost every shoe. I know if I had gone bigger, they would have been too long. So I sent them back. I'll stick to Born's, as they fit me perfectly and are always so comfy!

Definitely size up! I normally wear a size 7.5 in Vionic, the arch felt like it was too far back and these (medium) were tight on my narrow feet. I love Vionic they're pretty much the only shoes I can count on fitting me, but these will have to go back.

I wear an 8M, but it was super small. Exchanged for a 9 which was too loose in the heel and the toe box was still uncomfortable, it has a decidedly pointed toe. They are nice and light (combat style boots are usually heavy) and styling is terrific but sadly I had to return them. Thank you, Zappo's, for another terrific shopping experience!
