This is a great bottle but I had to return it because the powder coating is hard to grip. I would love if there are options in the size bottle I need for the old stainless steel ones without the powder coating.

I like how cold the bottle keeps the water. I think the size is okay also. Love the color. But I wish there was a flip top lid. I find myself not drinking as much throughout the day because it's hard to open. Also I like to put lots of ice in. The wide mouth is not wide enough to fit ice the long way. (I like to put multiple stuck together ice and slide them into my bottles. You have to break them up and put ice in, in pairs of two. Which is frustrating. If it was just a little wider we could slide lots of ice in quickly. I really, I like it but there are small frustrations compared to the price.

This item does not include the flex sip lid, it is just a standard lid so I returned it.

I dropped it maybe two feet off the ground and now there is a medium sized dent, I thought hydroflasks were sturdy but I guess not.

I bought this about a month or two ago . When I first got it it was great .. My ice wouldn't melt until the next day ! I loved it... I've used it every day . But recently my ice melts super quick and my water isn't staying cold . Idk if it's worn out ? I haven't had it long enough, for the price , it should not be worn out already . Honestly I'm hoping for a response from hydro flask themself on why this happen & am hoping it can be fixed. If the issue can be resolved and isn't a common issue then the product is great and would absolutely recommend

I recently purchase a hydro flash, it looks really good, the only thing is it didn't stay cold, I like my water cold, so I was a little disappointed, but it will still get used, so I'm not to worried about the purchase.

this is my 2nd purchase, my other one was a 32 oz. it does a good job with keeping it cold. the only issue is the denting. it dents way too easy and for the price i think they should do something about it. also my waterbottle is making noises when i move it and it sounds like there's ice moving in it or something broke in it like a little ball, I checked when it was empty, nothing is in it so if anyone could get back to what that is id appreciate it!! my friends 40 oz also makes this noise

I had bought the red 40 oz. hydro flask with high hopes that I would be able to utilize it for coffee on hunting trips and commercial fishing. Today was my first day out on the water with this and I was happy to see within the first hour my coffee was very hot but noticed my lid was very hot. I had a feeling all of the heat is escaping the lid, so going into the 3rd hour of fishing my coffee was warm. I am not sure if it's a faulty lid but it didn't meet my expectations when I'm out on the water for 9 hours.
Other than that I love it, it's great with cold drinks but be cautious of your hot drinks. 3/5 until I find a lid that will keep the heat in the bottle.

I have an wide mouth 40oz pacific bottle and after 4 uses it started to get rusty on the inside, this is weird because this bottle its supposed to be 18/8 stainless steel, i used the vinegar and baking soda methods and nothing, so at this price tag, this is very disappointing.

I bought this three months ago and it keeps my water cold throughout the day but it has fell out of my bag a few times and dented pretty bad white I was very disappointed about it. If you don't drop things much I would definitely recommend.

I've had this bottle for about a month now. I love it. Keeps water cold all day long. My only complaint is that rust has started forming on the inside of the bottle. I love using it but now I'm not sure I should continue use.

I bought this for a camping trip and I does keep the beverage cold, but it leaks like crazy no matter how tight the cap is. I set it down on my sleeping bag, thinking that it wouldn't leak, and then later found out that my sleeping bag was soaking wet! This really needs to be fixed

I like this bottle (40oz) , the only thing is that 1 month after I got it it started to melt down ice in less than 3 or 4 hrs after I put cubes on it

For whatever reason this bottle will not seal properly, hoping to get with vendor to see what corrective action they will provide.

The 20 oz bottle keeps water cold drastically less than my 40 oz Hydroflask. I ordered it expecting it to work equally as well. It does not. Pretty disappointing for the price.

I love the wide mouth flasks but have great trouble with the sip tops breaking. They also leak. The seal is terrible. I was told everything was warranted. All I had to do was tell them and they would replace it. Not so fast. Send pix and wait weeks.

I've always heard great things about hydro flask, many other nurses on my unit swear by them. I saw one at a surf shop while on vacation in Maui so I purchased it. The first complaint I have is how quick my cold drinks became warm. My next complaint is how dented it became after one short drop. I get it, I dropped it but I have about 10 yeti bottles/cups that I've dropped plenty of times and NEVER dented. This doesn't keep my drinks cold nearly as well as the Yetis do, and for a company to market to outdoorsy people this should hold up better. The only thing I liked about it was the sliding bottle top but the lack of insulation really does it in for me.

Left water bottle in car for morning and afternoon day, and water temperature became colder. Small size, fits amount of 1 plastic water bottle.

I own 2 of the 18 ounce model, black. Bought the 20 ounce In white for less heating from the sun in warmer months. So far, kinda disappointed. Lid isn't captive and smooth (18 oz model had a rubber band for grip). Threading is difficult.
We're all trying to build a better mousetrap, but if it ain't broke don't try to fix it.

We have 7 Hydros and bought 5 more for Xmas. Bummed to open box and find the lids no longer snap closed. New lids are screw top wide mouths. So must stop hiking/movement to drink otherwise risk burns. So bummed !

I purchased the 20oz wide mouth with an extra straw lid. It does keep liquids cold; however the straw lid leaks. I am not happy about that
