I love my Hydro Flask but I have waited so long lurking around campfires and base camps trying to catch somebody with my own eyes removing the strap for fear of attempting at myself and breaking it. Every attempt being unsuccessful I am now embarrassingly deep into ownership of my Hydro Flask and I don't know how it works please send help.....and power bars?

I have been using the HydroFlask for several years. I never like the complicated tops because they are hard to clean. I do like the standard cap but last year I bought my daughters a new bottle with flex cap

when i drink out of it to much water comes out and some ice comes with it i usually spill it all over myself

I really like this lid/strap for general use - at the gym, park, backyard, beach. Specifically, I like that the handle can be tucked down or lifted up. However, I would like a rigid lid option in addition to this one. When I kayak, I need to be able to clip the lid with a carabiner, and the soft strap would easily shred. I don't want to use the sport cap while kayaking, as it has no cover for the part that goes in the mouth. (who knows what's in the water???) I don't want to see this lid option go away, just a new one added... please! Love Hydro Flask!

Love this top, but it would be even better if it was a flip top with the handle.....waiting because I know it's on the way!

I have bought 6 flasks for family members. they are loved. This handle is a great idea, however I am waiting for the lid that has the handle and the flip top for drinking. When you get this two in one I will be buying them along with lots of friends who are waiting for the same thing. It would be nice to have color but we can do with out for now. We have recommended your produce to friends, who have choked on the cost but once they have tried them [20 oz] they order another.

I love the conveinance of having my drinks staying cold in my hydroflask, but I do have an issue with this particular cap. The cap is great but it makes loud squeaking noises when opening and closing which I assumed was from the wet black rubber ring at the top. I took it out and it stopped squeaking but I left it in because I noticed that when I flipped the bottle water leaked out. Is there anyway to stop the squeaking noises when opening and closing my hydroflask?

I bought my first hydroflask (21 oz standard mouth) a week ago and I loved this cap, but one of the stainless steel pivots now squeaks when I move the strap and it's only one side, so the other is fine but this one is hard to move the strap on. Maybe just a defect?

Notice how the silver ring is exposed when the lid is on? That is where you put your mouth when you drink. Why wouldn't they design the lid to cover where my mouth goes? Imagine places like an airplane or other public situations where your bottle makes contact with the real world? Make the plastic nest over the silver metal ring...

my cold water gets warm really fast with this cap, the only good thing about this cap is that the part that I put in my mouth is not exposed to everything in the environment as the other cap.

While the bottle is great, the sport cap is hard to push in and pull out. My daughter had it leak all over her backpack despite banging the heel of her hand on the cap to close. The standard cap is a pain to use. It would be good if Hydro Flask were to make a straw cap for the standard mouth bottle that is reliable and not rely on third party companies to develop these (those are not any good either). And while the large bottle is fine, it is not something you want to lug around while you are working out.

Love the flip lid for wide mouth that I own. The pop out lid for standard is very difficult to get into position, and impossible to get a reliable close. really missed on this one.

I bought the standard cap thinking that it would fit my old 24 oz. standard mouth Hydroflask that I purchased back in 2015, but the new standard cap is just a tad bigger than my old one. So if I wanted to replace the broken lid on my bottle, I would have to buy a whole new bottle aka spend more money.
