I own every bottle Hydro Flask makes except 12 oz. and the food containers. My 24 oz goes with me everywhere. Perfect for drink holders ! It is 6 years old and dented as well as missing paint but still as cold as the day she arrived. I've always believed Hydro Flask would evolve with better accessories , but still haven't after all these years. I buy sports caps from Kleen Kanteen to fit the standard mouth bottles because they don't leak like Hydro Flask sports caps and kleen kanteen has a stainless cap that is perfect for when I carry soup in my 18 oz. Hydro Flask. Hydro Flask makes the best bottles hands down but the caps just don't cut it. Mighty Sad !!! ...and what happened to the thumb loop caps ? They were sturdy ! You could carry your bottle with one finger or attach it to a backpack with a carabiner. That flimsy strap currently used - - - - - ! I want to be proud of the brand I chose ! I researched bottles for 4 months. I bought one and tortured it ( Im a mtn. man ) . It surpassed my expectations. I bought 9 more in different sizes. Have given many as gifts to friends and family. But answer me this... why can't you folks copy Kleen Kanteen's bottle caps. They work. Your sports cap still - - - - - after all these years. I shouldn't have to buy my leak proof sports cap from someone else. I still love ya and have faith things will change ! ... or else I'm coming for a visit and we're gonna get this straightened out. You are the best bottle ... now make your caps to the same dang standard. I feel better now !

Left my old bottle in a taxi by mistake, so came online to buy a new one. Disappointed to read that both available caps have leakage issues. Let me know if/when old cap comes back. I also prefer not to have a strap on the lid either for function or configuration. I like the hard cap with the hole in it to carry. My old bottle got tossed around a lot in the car and while gardening outside - never had an issue. Current configuration won't work for me. Otherwise, my cheerful, orange bottle was the best functioning bottle I've used.

the part that contacts my lip is not hidden inside the cap. so every time I sip, I worry about whether it's clean or not.

I love this size (this is my second one), but this time, the bottle arrive dented on the bottom, that is something that not possible for a expensive bottle. I am very dissapointed about care of the shipping (maybe the issue was before the shipping)

The water bottle and quality itself is great. But it really needs another option for the lid as the size of the mouth makes it awkward to drink from without spilling or bumping into your nose. There should be a standard mouth chug cap to make it easier to drink without spilling, particularly when being active. The flex cap seems to leak. And not everyone wants to drink using straws. I'd give it 5 stars if there was a better option like the chug cap available.

Just had it for barely a week and I dropped my bottle accidentally and the handle for the cap broke. I knew the bottle was strong but I thought the cap would be strong as well. Big bummer.

I bought the 24 oz. bottle and love it! However, it came with a dent in it (which I didn't notice until I was washing it), which is a disappointment.

I bought hibiscus color and it turned out to be a neon peach color. Not what I thought it was going to be like at all.

Hydroflask bottles work well. We own several bottles and thermoses. The 32 oz bottle retains heat for several hours. The 24 oz retains heat, just not as long. The company really needs to address the leaking sport top issue - it is a real problem. We bought several sport tops thinking that perhaps we had a lemon.. the problem is consistent. If you do buy the 24 oz, realistically, you should stick with the screw top. If you need the sport top, perhaps find a brand that fits the 24 oz hydroflask bottle because they're current style does leak (and we bought 4-5 tops to test!).

I bought this Hydro as a gift for a friend, and when the Hydro arrived it seemed perfectly fine. It was not until the moment I gave it to him I noticed there was light scratch marks on the side. If this Hydro was for me I would not have really minded. But since it was a gift for someone, it was really a bummer. He noticed the marks later too. But overall the Hydro works very well.

I bought the 24oz limited color 'frost'. Totally got bamboozled by the picture color vs the color that was sent. The photo shows a bright/light blue and what I received was just a very light baby blue. I love hydroflask, and will keep it for the content, not the color.I absolutely love hydroflask and never leave my house without it (intentionally). I have a bright pink one, one lilac one, and now two blues. I wish this 'frost' 24 oz bottle would have matched the color in the photo because I was really looking forward to it!

i bought this about a month ago, and it's already dented in 4 places. not durable enough. in my opinion, this waterbottle didn't live up to the hype.

I bought mine a few weeks ago, I read lots of reviews before choosing hydroflask when looking for a reusable water bottle. Mine does not keep ice cubes whole overnight like I have read many times, and it dented the first time I dropped it. The outer coating (which cracked and there is now a little hole) is slippery, and the water bottle gets very heavy when it's filled, so it's easy to lose your grip. I wish these were a little more durable for the price! Other than that, I like it because it does keep my water cold for several hours.

I was going to buy a yellow one but I got orange not what I wanted.. I also go a weird looking cap.

I love your product! Our friends purchased my daughters from Hawaii and my daughters love them and have abused them and they are still working great! However when I purchased one for one of their friends it has dented so easily. I thought perhaps it was because I purchased them the standard one.

Whole reason I switched from Nalgene to Camelbak was the lid... Not you guys too!!! Cheap lids make any water bottle useless to me. Attach to packs by the lid when space is low. Boo. Bring back the sturdy caps!

For the money, this thing should be flawless. The sports bottle top squeaks whenever I take a sip during a quiet yoga class.

Nice shape but it's covered in dents. Not worth the money.

I just received my 24 oz Hydroflask in the mail and ordered this bottle in the newly advertised Sunflower color. It's definitely a mustard yellow and not a bright yellow as pictured. It's almost as though the metal is showing through the paint job, perhaps a base white color during production would have allowed the yellow to show as intended. I love their products (I have the cooler backpack and some other bottles), but this color was a real dud and the first time I've felt like I've been duped by a picture.

My boyfriend had bought me one but before I even got it is had broke from being in the car in the winter to coming into the house.

I bought this about a month ago for my child. I bought the sports lid to go with it. I wanted to be able to throw it in a backpack. The water just pours out the closed lid. The bottle is fine, but the sports lid is not worth the money. I bought myself a cheaper version works just as good and doesn't leak.

I've wanted a Hydro Flask water bottle for far too long. I finally received one as gift and was so excited. However, I've been very disappointed in the quality overall. These water bottles are horribly easy to dent, which is not covered by the warranty. I don't recommend buying this product. I wouldn't order one again:(

I got this about a month ago and i was bummed out about how quickly it got destroyed. I took really good care of it and it ended up getting so damaged. My hot water also does not stay hot for more than 1-2 hours.
