I got my hydroflask quite a while ago, and have dropped it two or three times. the insulation has stopped working and it condensates on the outside. pretty disappointed.

I bought 2 in the past month and they both dented. The dents are so severe they don't stand up straight. Both hydro flasks were treated with care and dents came from minor common mistakes. However, the flasks do keep liquids cold even after being left in the car with the Florida heat!

I bought this for my little sister for her birthday as shes been talking about wanting one for the longest only for it to arrive with the paint already chipped and the bottle already bent. I know its bound to happen with wear and tear in time but for it to arrive that way is not okay. Disappointed.

I have been using a Hydro Flask water bottle for many years. I just recently brought out a new 21 oz bottle I purchased several years ago & had in storage. I cleaned the bottle before using. I then filled the bottle with ice & water like I have for many years with my old bottle, which keep the ice for more than 20 hours before melting. This new bottle will not keep ice for more than 4 hours. Not sure why this is happening but it's disappointing.

When you put water and ice or any other drink in it for the day or leave it overnight for a drink at night, it ends up making the drink tastes like metal. I have done everything by washing it a bunch and soaking it in hot water. It dents so easily and the cap squeaks every time you open or close it

It is NOT spill proof. It's not for your desk at work. I bought it so my water would stay cold at my desk so I didn't constantly have to get fresh ice or fresh cold water. While it stays cold, I wouldn't recommend it. Perhaps it's great for hikers but not for school or work. It's not spill proof, which Contiga bottles do Phenomenal! The wide spout is not comfortable to drink from if you expect to be drinking from a bottle. The water bottle spout option is not right either. You can't leave the Hydroflask open as it's not spill proof and closing and opening really requires you to pull and depress. It needs a simple button function like contiga's Autoseal bottle.

Very expensive. Doesn't come with water which you would naturally expect as it is a "water" bottle. Very disappointed by this. :( Also it is already dented after I dropped it which should not happen because this should be a more resistant product!!! Still mad that it didn't come with water :( Cool colors though.

I'm so saddened that my nice, pricey hydroflask is not keeping my ice water cold all day. certainly not worth the price.

I researched water bottles for weeks before choosing these. They are sturdy and keep the water cold, but they are horrible to drink from. Once the bottle gets below about half full, it ends up dumping water on me because I have to tip it up so far. Thought about buying the sport cap, but that's getting horrible reviews. Guess I'll be shopping again.

My bottle was scratched when I received it. Very disappointing since it costs so much and not receiving a new bottle.

Picked up one of these about a week ago. Always heard good things about Hydro Flask and had high expectations that were quickly shattered. I'll keep this short. Covered in scratches already from the bike holder I keep it in. Paint job is not done well at all. And today I dropped it for the first time from about waist height, only for the lid to break in half and a deep dent to form on the side.

my bottle got rusty only 2 weeks after purchasing???

Ordered for my boyfriend's christmas present and it came all dented on the bottom and scratched up. Sorely disappointed.

I first ordered this Alpine color bottle on 12/20/21. When I received it, it was not the Alpine color!! It was the Rain color! I'm very disappointed!! So I texted you, and you said you would send me the ALPINE color. I then received that one, and IT WAS NOT THE ALPINE COLOR again!!! What is the problem with getting the right color?? Alpine is a GREEN color, Not Blue!!

Bought this water bottle a few months ago, doesn't keep my drink cold for hours. Even put ice cubes in this morning at 7am and it was all melted by 1130am. Disappointed.

The bottle was delivered in a bag so was completely dry Ted and damaged. The replacement as also sent in a bag and again completely damaged and dented.

A friend recommended Hydro Flask to me. I had been using another brand for the last 3 years. I ordered the 21 oz Standard Mouth. I go to the gym several mornings a week for about an hour. I filled my Hydro Flask with ice and water and took it to the gym and left it in the car. I returned to the car in about 70 minutes and noticed all the ice had melted in little under 1.5 hours. I took my old flask (different brand but same size) the next day along with the Hydro Flask. I put the same amount of ice and water in both and went to the gym leaving both in the car. An hour later all the ice in the Hydro Flask had melted while plenty of ice remained in the other flask. I repeated the same test the next day with the same result. After that I put my new Hydro Flask away and just use my different brand. Since everyone seems to love Hydro Flask I am a little stumped. I must have gotten a defective one since its performance was poor by any measure.

Looks the part, great for stowing in a pack but it just doesn't keep water hot. I'm just back from a short fishing trip. I filled the flask with boiling water at 12pm on setting off. At 3.30pm the water was lukewarm so no brew for me. For the cost I'd expect much better.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter and it looked great! However, I am disappointed with its durability after I accidentally knocked it off the counter. It dented like a soda can. I would expect a small dent of course, but to have half the bottom edge completely concave and chip paint? What would it look like if my daughter dropped it outside, or at school (on concrete)? Advertising shows mountainous terrain and rugged scenerey, but how can this be if it can't hold up to these elements in the environment - or the standard counter height of your home? Don't take these hiking or mountain climbing.

It came dented. It is not durable.

It dents like it's made of aluminum foil. Garbage product.

These bottles are not durable! Dented on the very first day of use. I bought it for my daughter to make her happy. She had to wait months until Christmas. Now, it saddens her daily. She rubs her little finger on the dent, wishing it away. I expect much more durability and for the company to stand behind their products for the price.

It doesn't keep my daughters water cold at all. We did the boiling water test and the entire bottle was hot.

I received the bottle as a gift last Christmas and enjoyed it very much but i have come to find out that they do need keep the same temperature in the cold. I left my in my car overnight and it came back frozen. I am very disappointed because i love my bottle.

I had my hydroflask for 2 years and loved it every single day I used it. It keeps things cold really really well and looked perfect the whole time I had it. Unfortunately I lost it on a trip to Disneyland. I though, no problem, I'll just reorder it. But NO they don't carry the red color any more. They used to have a beautiful "lava red" and now that wonderful color doesn't exist anymore. I'm really disappointed and I guess I'll have to go to a different brand because they don't have any colors that look good in my opinion. Really sad to loose such a loyal customer.
