I've worn size 5 1/2 shoes for 50 years. The past year, I've worked in an Amazon warehouse as a stower on cement 8 - 10 hours a night, 5 - 6 nights a week. There have been times I thought something was seriously wrong with my health due to the constant body pain that had me wake every day looking like a crumpled blob. I normally buy... 2 pairs of shoes a year at the most. The past year, I've bought 10. This pair of Skechers did the trick! I ordered a size 7 Wide because halfway through the night, my feet are so swollen and flattened out they feel like they're encased in cement in 5 1/2 or 6's. After wearing the Skechers for a week, half my body aches and pains are gone. It's truly amazing how much damage the wrong shoe can cause working from your feet up through your legs around your hips and into your back. I'm honestly going to order a couple more pair so I can rest assured I'll have these exact shoes every time I need a new pair. Oh - because my feet are still only a size 5 1/2 - it's a little hard for me to access the "true to size" question here. At the beginning of the night, when all is well because I'm fresh out of bed from an 8-hour sleep...the shoes are too big for me but... They feel like they're "true to size" too big. ;)
