I chose these Encore Service Pro clogs for the easibillity of cleaning. I work nights in Labor and Delivery and they are the quietest, most comfortable work shoes I have ever worn. I love my Merrell's!

I've been wearing these in professional kitchen setting for a few months. They are by far my favorite kitchen clogs. They have the best non-slip bottom. Other brands the non-slip will fill up with food and dirt and become slippery. You have to constantly clean out the bottom. These shoes don't ever get slippery. They have a nice high heel. I work 10 plus hour shifts and don't have any fatigue in my legs, knees or feet. My only problem is they don't have half sizes. I need a 11.5 size. So that size 12 runs a little large and the 11 runs too small. Better to go a little large than two small. I like that you can take out the insert and wash the clogs. No stretching, very comfortable, breath well with the air vents. 25 years in the restaurant industry and these are by far the best chef clogs. Just need half sizes!!

Very comfortable and great construction. A little hot given no openings but keeps feet dry

In the Kitchen, comfort and traction are King.... and these check both boxes well. and they clean up easily.... very glad I have them. I will be purchasing another pair in a year or so.... when I've put about 3.5 million steps on them.

i really like these shoes but they squeak . i would rather encore nova 4 wide width but merrell has not had the shoes in stock for months. i am very disappointed. .i suffer from Achilles tendinitis with bursitis and must wear clogs with my insoles. encore nova 4 are a perfect five for me but i can not find any size 9.5 wide width anywhere. i will settle for encore service pro

The fit is more than a bit "big." That is to say, your feet have to be actively engaged in "wearing" them. There's a particular step you need to take, in order that your shoes don't fly off. That said, once I got that down (and replaced the insoles with Dr Scholl's plantar fasciitis insoles -- it's my feet, not the shoe) they've become quite the nice pair of kicks to wear while at work.

The size is smaller than expected. Can wear it any more. I wish I can return or exchange it with another shoe. I use it indoor only for few days.

Comfortable when standing still, but the fit is big and not near as comfortable to walk in an my old pair
