Free people shoes seem to run very narrow across-the-board, so I ordered a full size up (I’m a 10 so there was no half size up, and my regular size definitely would not have fit). The leather is good quality, the sole seems very durable, but the lining was kind of a weird rough material, and the shaft hit right at my calf muscle, which made it look fat and like I had cankles. If they were a couple inches taller or shorter, it probably would’ve worked out really well. They don’t have any arch support, but the footbed is squishy.

These boots are adorable and fairly comfortable, but will need to be broken in a bit. The ankle is TIGHT, so not good for a bigger calf.

Love the style. Not too chunky even in a size 10. Tight around the ankle which I like because usually they r way to big around the ankle in a size 10.

Get 1/2 size up

These were perfect. I thought they would be too tight on the calf’s but nope they are perfect. Love the bone color and the length.

These boots are extremely comfy and cute. They looked like they would be heavy online but they're surprisingly lightweight.

Very narrow on calf and I do not have large leg calves.
