Length is good. Width is, perhaps, a little wider than other manufacturers - typical for Keen - but not excessively so. Arch support is noticeable, and good. Leather, so a little break in was required... mostly laced them up and retightened a couple of times while sitting for 4 hours - shaped the leather enough that not painful to walk in them. Keen's typically last well, so looking forward to wearing these for quite a while.

I've worn these almost daily for the past two years, half of those days delivering for Amazon. These have held up incredibly well and they're still comfortable after the insane milage I've put them through. Dexterous enough to be worn like sneakers yet offer the protection of boots and the waterproofing is still solid. Wearing these after all this time has gotten my feet accustomed to a wide toe box. I'll have to have a wide size in other boots going forward even though these are normal D width. Once you give room for those dogs to play around you'll never go back to constraining sizes again. its entirely in the way they hug your ankle with these guys and they snug your heel in nicely. 10/10 recommend for casual hiking and delivery drivers.

10.5 wide is slightly longer than 10 wide, as expected, but EXACTLY the same width. 11 wide is going to be a little too long, but I guess the width only changes with whole sizes so that may be my only option. Like these boots otherwise, although I have only tried them on.

Too big and wide for me. One of the leather straps broke off. When I was talking to a ups store employee while making the return, she told me a lot of people had been returning this brand of shoes lately.
