Sent them back, too narrow and not available in wide fitting

There was a bit of confusion between what I ordered and you were sending. But in the end, you sent the right pair.

I bought it one size up, it fit perfectly. Comfortable.

I bought a pair of zipper boots from you about two years ago and wear them every day and they are still as Comfortable as they were when I first bought them. I would recommend these boots to anyone who wants a fine quality boot at a reasonable price.

Ive owned my pair for 5 years and am only replacing them because the soles are wearing thin- that is how much Ive worn them. They are still waterproof after all these years, still will hold a shine and are comfortable. The Widdon Chelsea boot is truly the best boot Ive owned.

I bought these shoes a week ago. I like how they look and how they fit, for this, I would give them five stars. My only concern and it is a big one is to put them on or take them out. I expect that with time it is going to be easy but as of now, it is really difficult. That is why I gave them three stars overall.

I bought these boots back in December. There were not true to size, so I returned them for 1/2 size larger. They still did not properly fit. They are badly designed. So I returned the second pair for a refund but instead they sent another pair of boots. As of now, over a month later, I still did not get a refund. Do not ask for an exchange; it does not work. You are better off returning the shoes and buy another pair.

I haven't worn out yet but the shoe looks great, perfect size and comfortable. I was contemplating with Cole Haan and this, chose this hesitantly but satisfied with the buy after seeing in person. The leather is bit harder than what you get from Cole Haan and so I think, it may form wrinkles soon though.

Shoes hurt my ankle area at the top while going down the stairs. Otherwise great look and comfort.

I have worn the boots one time. Yr return policy states return unworn. How could anyone decide if the boots are serviceable n useful until they are worn. I experienced inside walking pain on left inside Ankle area. How would I have found a walking problem without wearing them. Seems weird to me.
