Shoe came up too high on top of foot.

The shoes is nice and the comfort level is topnotch but had to return cause the leather material is a bit shiny for my taste. As always though, dealing with Zappos on returns is such a breeze. Love shopping here!

The shoe was well made and I liked the style. However, the length was at least a half size longer than the same style in other brands.

Seems to be nice leather but the shoe does run smaller than others making it rather difficult to slip on. The leather on the tongue creased immediately with the effort required to just putting the shoe on.

The EE width was fine, but the shoes were at least half a size longer than a true size 10.

The highest I can give this shoe is a two star rating because the shoe is some what comfortable. How ever this cheap china made shoe has a serious fault in the leather finish. After less then a week of wearing in doors the finish is already peeling off. I had purchased a pair of Florsheim loafers about a year ago from Zappos that had the same problem. Florsheim use to be one of the best brands you could buy. Not anymore they are now china garbage that peeled so bad they ended up in the garbage in less then a year of wear. The problem with both these china brands seems to be that the finish is sprayed or painted on. Cheap china leather with a poor finish that peels off with every little scuff. I suspect these will be in the garbage in less than a year also. Buyer Beware.

I liked the fit, but the heal pads both came unglued with little use.
