I wanted to love these attractive shoes w all my might BUT the shoes cut into the lateral malleous (bone sits between the heel & ankle). WHY? WHY? :-( I actually bought 2 pairs because of the wedge heels that could've provided the comfort I need. Thanks Zappos for your fine customer svc. but gotta return them.

I had this shoe several years ago in an 8 and it was so comfortable. This one was an 8 - 8.5 and it was WAY to small. In addition, the sides are now so high that they hit my ankle bone. Sadly, I have to return them and don't think a larger size will solve the problem.

May I just say, I love the customer service at Zappos! Thanks for always shipping out orders so fast. The selection of shoes/items on this site is incredible. It is my go-to if I ever need something different. These shoes are so cute! It is not Zappos fault the manufacture didn't offer individual sizes. I tried a 6 1/2 - 7 (too small) then ordered a 71/2 - 8 (too big). Although disappointed, returning and exchanging on this site is awesome. I'm sorry I had to return both.

I got the wide in 38. I am on my feet all day at work and walk around a lot. It is stylish and comfortable.

The complaint about the ankle bone only bothered me with one shoe. I'm sure it might have gotten better with wear. The footbed inside the shoe was not comfortable at all. There is not a way to remove it and put in something softer in instead. I think that would be more uncomfortable over time. The style of these shoes is so very cute that I wished it would have worked for me. Unfortunately, I need to return them.

Loved the shoes but like other reviewers noted hits outside ankle bone and painful---shame I really would have kept them. Reconstruct please!

I love the look of these shoes and wanted love them, but they press against your ankle bone, and they were incredibly uncomfortable.

Too high and cut into your bone. Unbelievably uncomfortable.

I always have trouble ordering in European sizes. They seem to differ for me. Sometimes 40 and sometimes 41. I got Lucky and got the right size and comfort in the size 40. I bought the same shoe from elsewhere and ordered a 41. It fit big and my heel kept slipping up and down. However it had a angle strap that helped to keep my foot in the shoe and I don't think I could have ordered smaller? I am very happy with the Color , Comfort and Cost.

Fly London shoes are the most comfortable shoes, this is my 4th pair. I have 1 pair of boots, 2 pairs of sandals and now these walking shoes. I take a size 5.5 so with thin socks these shoes were a little loose, I just added an insert and perfect fit. Fly Londons are so comfortable I can wear them all day. I'm 5' tall so I like the extra height the shoes give me

I love these shoes! They are deliciously chunky yet streamlined and look good with pants and skirts. There's enough room for my bunions, too! I ordered a size 6.5-7 as my usual size is 6.5, but they were too large. I exchanged them for a 5.5-6, which sounded dangerously small, but they fit perfectly,

The shoe was beautiful well made, but I'm a size 7. The shoe was small . Have ordered size up. Hope it fits. I really like the shoe.

A good looking and comfortable shoe!

The fit and size were just fine. I'd seen these shoes on a model in a catalog and thought they were fabulous. Unfortunately, on my feet they're simply clunky.

These were very cute and irresistible, so I tried two different sizes. But even one up from my regular size, the toe box was so incredibly narrow and ungiving, it messed my feet up for days after walking around in them for an hour. I don't have very wide feet, so these must be unusually narrow. Sadly, for that price and that amount of pain - no!

As one other lady reviewed, these will press uncomfortably on the lateral bone below your ankle bone. I loved the style, I loved the color, and the height of the heel; but I sadly could not risk keeping them with an issue that I couldn't correct.

I have three pairs of Fly's, all in a size 38 so I have no idea why these do not stay on my feet. I have tried them off and on for the past month with socks, no socks and nothing works. I love these so much I put then away and then think I will give them another try and when I first put them on they are so comfortable I fall in love. But in a few steps they start to fall off my feet, again. I have put pads in them and that doesn't help. I think they are just too wide. I'm so sorry to have to return them, I had such high hopes.

Very nice looking, but super narrow. Also not comfortable, the heel of my foot comes out of the shoe with each step. So sad. Would have been perfect look if would be comfortable.

The shoe looked cute online but was way to short and narrow. I could barely put my foot into the shoe. So disappointed as I was hoping for a new pair of shoes for work.
