Oh how I needed this to fit! I've been walking about with a pair of sketchers that are irreplaceable now, but have no "oompf" left in them anymore and I needed a new every day shoe! I ordered these thinking of past Clarks sandal I've had, but alas, these have no arch support. None. Zip. Nada. Rien.
They also hit against the Achilles heel and the outer ankle, that may be because they're new and a bit stiff, but it would have resulted in blisters to break them in.
Very cute shoe but out of the question for my feet.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They are comfortable and look great EXCEPT the top heel portion is very stiff and rubs blisters on my heel every time I wear them. NEVER have I had a pair of shoes from Clarks I hated until this pair of shoes. Sorry I bought them. :(
