I have flat feet and the support was not enough.

The styling is very attractive. They are comfortable and provide good arch support, but as other reviews point out, the back is low and so the shoes do not fit snugly.

I have a fair amount of back and feet problems so I need a shoe that fits 5 different criteria which is next to impossible to find. These shoes fit 4.75 of them. The arch support is excellent and the heel is very cushioned. The toe box is wide but the shoe itself is not so wide that it flops around. It is nice looking for all casual wear but lost ¼ point because it just doesn't do the trick when I need to dress up

I like the look & feel of the shoes. I wear a "true" 9.5 usually. The sizing on these is 9 - 9.5. I was hoping they'd fit. They are a little too short in the toe area so for me, they need to go back.

The fit and size are ok although I would have preferred a half size less. I ordered up as did not have my size in stock. The materials and craftsmanship are excellent but the style is a little chunky for my taste, I would have liked them a little more refined but am keeping them for everyday run to the grocery type of shoe.

They had a bad spot on top of the shoes!!

I am 79 with "Duck" feet. My feet felt "wobbly" when I tried walking--afraid of falls so need more secure sides. I have searched for a replacement with a low platform to replace a pair of Dansko for quite some time. Merrell no longer offers the slides/mules in leather. I will continue to search on Zappos. I always recommend Zappos due to great customer service and free shipping/returns!!!!!

This is a beautiful shoe and I really wanted to keep it but I could not keep it on my foot. It seems that the inserts were so thick in the heel area that there was not enough depth for my heel to have some stability. I think the other problem with keeping the shoe on was the slant of the shoe from the toe to the heel was too great. That is the best I can explain the problem, sorry if it is not clear. Again, beautiful shoe, I could not keep it on my foot.

I wear an 8 generally and the 38 was a very, very tiny bit too short, but way too wide. Had the width been adjustable I would have kept them, but instead it's a return.

This was my first Aetrex purchase and probably won't be the last. Libby is a nice little clog, less "clunky" looking than some others. The leather is supple. The cushy removeable insole offers moderate arch support . Unfortunately, the fit doesn't quite work for me. The length is just a smidge too short; a half size up would be too large. The width across the toes is about right but the fit from the midline back is too loose to hold my foot securely.

Nice looking clog. Arch support was good and sizing was perfect. Shoe just felt a little loose for my taste and I was worried my foot might slip out. Nice looking shoe with jeans. Love the buckle detail.

I ordered size 7 since I am borderline 6-1/2 to 7 and wanted to wear thicker socks in these. But they're just a tad too long for me even with thicker socks. Otherwise, the quality and look are excellent.

I thought the style was cute and classic looking. However, the width was too narrow for me. I am between a medium and wide width but this shoe needed to be wider.

Very attractive shoes and well made. I wear size 9 . These shoes were too wide for me. I dont have a narrow foot I would say I'm average. I was afraid to go down a size because they may have been too small in the length. Really liked these shoes just wish they had fit.I hated to have to send them back.

These were nice-looking and would have been comfortable if the fit was better. Too wide, especially in the heel (i have narrow heels). I just walked right out of them, even with socks. Had to return

I thought the fit was true to size, but they are marked as having good arch support, and I feel like I had no arch support. I couldn't even wear these for more than an hour without my feet starting to hurt.

Really liked these shoes--nice arch support, styling good, excellent cork sole. However. shoes were too wide. Shoes came off my feet when I walked. My feet are a bit narrow and finding shoes to fit can be difficult. I had to return the shoes. If you are a regular medium width these shoes would probably fit.

I'm sending this shoe back, they felt wider one more so than the other. they were comfy but just didn't feel secure and for the money not for me.

This are a cute style, a little bit shiny but not too much. I sent back because not only do they not have any support they actually made my foot go into overpronation. The fit was good otherwise. If you don't pronate at all they may work for you. Also, my feet are just slightly wide and while the shoe looks narrow it did fit.

pushed my toes to front of shoe- weird arch support. felt very loose and unable to keep comfortably on my foot

I am going to order this a size smaller.

I wanted to love this shoe but was disappointed with both appearance (cute style but leather was hazy-looking and inconsistent in appearance) and fit - seemed like two different shoes in terms of fit and arch support.

I don't know how others felt this was a comfortable shoe. It certainly wasn't for me. Felt sloppy without a supportive feel to it. Sending it back

Made well….weird sizing.

Very nice shoe however too wide and too long for my feel.
