Uncomfortabe at the ball of the foot due to molding of the inside cushion..

I’ve purchased two of these pairs about a year ago and they are wonderful. I just ordered the same style and same size and they are smaller in size. Too small to keep.

Toe box is stiff, uncomfortable

The fit of the shoes was fine. I need more cushion in the soles than these had, so I returned them.

A little hard to get on, very snug fit. I didn't like the sole, I was afraid shoes would be slippery on wet or slick floor.

They were Ok but think as I wear then I will have to put some insoles to make them fit tigher.

There is no way this is a N. Be very careful when ordering Clarks's as there is no truth in width sizing, Otherwise, nice shoe. Just very deceptive sizing.

Like walking in steel, not leather. Definitely not instant comfort

I bought this shoe before and really liked it, so ordered exactly the same again….. NOT the same, the quality and feel of the leather and sole both seem different.

Left shoe was almost a whole size too small. Clarks size 9 typically fit me and two other pairs I ordered were fine. I'd like to exchange for a pair of correct 9's or even a 9.5, but unfortunately that is not available in the brown. Refund please.

The material looked really cheap. I wouldn't wear these

Not a comfortable shoe. Felt very rigid. I am a Clark's fan, but this shoe is not for me.

I usually where a 7.5 M, have had to upsize to 8 with Clarks before so I ordered an 8 M and my big toe was at the end & difficult to zip with a light weight sock. Too bad because I liked the look of them. Will do a return and no reorder.

This is a good looking we’ll made shoe. But it did not fit me in my usual size

Only one problem, but it may be a deal-breaker. It's an attractive, casual shoe--exactly what I wanted. I especially like the zipper, since this is more a low bootie than an easy slip-on style. I can't decide whether to keep them because of the loud squeak the sole makes on hard floors. It's the bottom of the sole itself. There's no squeak when walking on carpet, but it's loud enough to be a distraction on hard floors. That won't work in classrooms!

I really want to like these. They are Clark's after all. Styling is cute and there is decent arch support but they are not comfortable for standing long periods of time! I volunteer in a theatre and there is no cushioning at the balls of your feet. I keep trying them but my old shoes (not Clark's) are actually better. I'm going to try some cushioned insoles but I think then the fit will be too tight. So disappointed. I'm wary of trying any Clark's at all now.

First day I wore them the right side of my foot hurt. Very unusual with Clark shoes.

Loved the look of these but they are not as comfortable as other Clarks I own. No arch support at all, feet ached after a few hours wearing them in the house on carpet. Sadly sending back.

So very disappointed in the comfort/support of this shoe. I purchased a similar Clark's style two years ago and have been very happy with it, but not this time. My favorite Clark's shoes were the Wave Walks that have been discontinued.

They're comfortable and stylish enough for office wear with pants. Too bad the upper leather is already pulling from the sole (after less than 2 months).

Way too small, I ordered size 8 B and my foot doesn’t even fit. They are like a whole size too small.

The right shoe was bigger than left

As others wrote, I could not even get my feet into these shoes to actually try them on (so I cannot really comment on the arch support). They were THAT much too small. Given that the sizing was that far off, and, despite the fact that I have had good experiences with Clark's shoes before this, I wasn't ready to try another pair.

I've worn Clarks for ages and this shoe was no different from others in terms of size and width. However, there was something about the fit that made the shoe very painful to wear. It cut across my foot oddly, and although I tried to 'break it in' (not something I've ever needed to do with a Clarks shoe before) I never adjusted. I gave the shoes away with warnings.
