I am 5'2" @ 196lbs / My normal size is an 8 Wide. I got a half size up because of the Composite Toe. It seems like they were a full size up. I wore them to work and my Pinky & Big Toe was in such pain from the shoe rubbing. I tried to wrap my toes with band wrap but it didn't work, these shoes rubbed my toes raw. I recommend getting your actual size and add width because the shoes are light and do wear like a sneaker and bend; for me in the wrong places. 10hr shifts, my feet are VERY important! Thank God Zappos & Amazon Understands! ? I wish there was a way I could send them a mold of my feet, just for factory shoes, I know I'd get the perfect pair!

No it was uncomfortable. My foot get hurt.
