I weight 276 pounds, I'm 6 feet tall and I'm size 11 women. I work on my feet from 8-10 hours a day and move real fast around. I was a pro athlete doing weight lifting and shot put trow and I have never, ever felt this comfortable with any other insoles. I never leave reviews but people need to know that this have a great support for big people like me that move a lot around the day or stand for very long time. It helps my flat feet get rest and soft support on the heels. Truly recommended.

Was pretty good for a week. I noticed that it started flattening out already and it isn't supporting my arch much anymore and the pain is getting worse.

Not good for plantar fasciitis.

Lasted longer than the common inserts from walmart or other stores. Great support from the start. I usually change my insoles out every couple of months. These lasted almost six months.

For me, the arch support was in the wrong spot. It was too far back. I could'nt use them, so I can't comment on how well they perform.
