The insoles fit, but were very uncomfortable for me. Tried in two different brand shoes - Oboz and Keene and they just didn't work for me. Not enough arch support and they left my feet sore and tired.

Didn't fit well at all. Too long and way to wide for womens' feet.

I was hoping these would be a game changer but my feet are still killing me. They had to be trimmed to size to fit the shoe, which is to be expected.

Loved them until I woke up after wearing them for a 10 hour shift. Made my heels hurt.

No arch support at all.

Did not help plantar fasciitis and made feet hurt. No support.

The worst insole I ever used. I wore it once and just decided to go back to using Dr sholl. And the worst part is now I am stocked with this crap, I can’t return it.

Way too big to fit into any of my size 6.5 shoe.

terrible, waste of money. Does nothing for the foot pain and even seem to make it worse.

I wore these with my comp shoes and my feet had no support and felt tired after 5 hours of wear

Come on Spenco, what a worthless flat piece of plastic! I am returning the insoles.

They don't do a lot for me. I guess they help in the heel area but I need ball of foot cushioning and these did not provide that.

These insoles are like walking on concrete. They are not flexible at all. You can actually hear the inserts creaking when you walk. Terrible.

They feel ok!!! But I don’t like steel toes shoes
