These spenco orthotics are very useful for reducing/eliminating foot and knee pain due to overpronation. I was a runner for 30 years and did a lot of damage to my feet and knees. I can't run anymore but I have a lot of pain. These Spenco insoles have made a huge difference in my level of discomfort, both while walking and while resting. Too bad I didn't have them in my running shoes years ago.

These insoles are the first ones I've found that work for me after many years of working. They have brought many pairs of shoes I was ready to discard back to life.
