This is a very nice shoe. However, the 6.5/7 was a bit large, so a size down was ordered.. The 5.5/6 arrived poorly packaged as well as showing signs of damage and/or previous wear. Both pairs were returned. I am disappointed that Zappos did not properly monitor the condition of the second pair prior to fulfilling the orders, but will continue to rely on Zappos for their mostly quality merchandise.

I really wanted to like these shoes... I was replacing a 20 year old pair of Danskos in a style that's no longer available, and these seemed like a good fit. Unfortunately, I thought the leather was cheap-looking, and the sole was made of some sort of weird material that's supposed to LOOK like wood but feel like something else, rubber? shoe sole material? They were also not particularly comfortable. I'll stick to my Danskos going forward.

I bought a pair of this same clog about 10 years ago and wore them into the ground. I decided to order another pair, but the new ones aren't the same. First of all, the top of the shoe is much roomier, meaning there's a fair amount of space between it and the top of my foot. And second, the leather didn't seem as nice. I thought buying another pair of the exact same clog would be a shoe-in (pun intended), but unfortunately I'm returning them.

I originally ordered a EU 38, based on size chart indicating that would be US 6.5-7 [which I was pretty sure is incorrect, based on owning many EU-sized shoes]. Returned those for EU 37 which still fit like a wide US size 7+. I'm waiting for EU 36 ordered from another company [because Zappos did not have in stock], and if those are not too small, will return the EU 27 to Zappos. Though sizing was a problem, Zappos's return/exchange service is outstanding!

I've been wearing Sanita clogs/shoes for decades. I had this very same model from about 8 years ago, and was excited to find them again. They are nowhere near the quality of the old ones - the leather is much thinner, the stitching is imprecise, and even the buckle metal feels flimsy compared to the old ones. Not even close to a good value at this price. This has been my experience with many brands lateley when comparing the old model to the new model - manufacturers are cutting costs, and it shows. These, sadly, had to go back.

The color is listed as dark red, but it is a dull raspberry color; way too pink for me to consider it red. The back strap was loose, so this shoe is probably a half-size too large for me, but the toe box felt tight for such a square toed shoe, so it just didn't work for me at all. Returning.

you sent me used shoes. The toe box is scuffed up, there are toe impressions in the insole. I'm disgusted.

OUCH! These shoes cut into the top of my foot making them incredibly uncomfortable within the first three steps! I don't think a size change would make any difference. NOPE!
