Feels well crafted and looks great. The leather is so thick and substantial, there is a long 'breaking in' period. The heel rubs somewhat when tightly laced but I believe it is beginning to soften; keeping the laces cinched looser helps, for me at least. I have a feeling these will stand the test of time. A perfect casual shoe when plain sneakers won't do but dress shoes are too fussy.
