I love my new boots..I very much appreciate the quality craftsmanship. U ordered half a size larger than my usual size and they fit perfectly

The boots is cute but I will be returning them . There is a seam inside the back boot that rubs the back of the heal. For sure will get blisters from it.

I love how these shoes look and the smell of them.

I just got these boots (I have several Bedstu shoes), and they already ripped. I am hoping to get some help with this. I have attached a picture of the shoe.

These boots are beautiful beyond anything I expected. I havent worn them for any length of time yet, but if theyre half as comfortable as they are pretty, they will be the ultimate! I love them.

I wish the site provided deals thoughout the year, rather than just during the holidays because there kinda on the expensive side these days...even though it's GOOD QUALITY. LOL

Loves these but had to send them back due to being too narrow. I have wide-ish feet, and these just didnt work.

Im just very disappointed with the lack of respect for loyal customers who have been a part of their previous rewards program and have lost money due to web redesign My account even had money that should have been sent directly to me from an exchange. Am I the only one who has been affected by this issue??

I love this boot and it is beautiful. However, the first few times I put them on I had a hard time getting my foot all of the way in because the back of the boot crushes down under the weight of my foot and its hard to get the leather out from underneath my foot to get my foot in. Ive even tried a shoe horn. I finally stretched the boots a bit on the vamp. Its easier now. Once I get my foot in, its a dream. This is one of the most beautiful boots that I have ever owned in the ombr color. Very well made and very soft.

All of the new styles of boots fit very tight in the toe and loose in the heel. Please return to old style of manufacturing to fit true to size.

I have two pairs of boots, and sandals. They are beautiful. The craftsmanship is excellent. And the price is reasonable .My negative is that both pairs have to be return due to the odd sizing! One pair had to return it twice.

So I purchased them in September when I was displaced for two month from Maui. When I returned I finally was able to wear them. But the moisturizer that was included literally took the color off the shoe. I tried getting black shoe polish but it didnt help either. Are the shoes painted black. I have a picture.

Zipper was very tough to zip & tight & so narrow. Such a gorgeous boot but I had to return.

I returned them. They didnt fit. Since I got them on sale you wouldnt honor sale price on size return. I wont use you again.

I loved these boots but they didn't love me...so bummed. The foot-bed of the boot was too soft for me.

So comfortable! But, the zipper keeps sliding down. Any suggestions?
