Have no idea how these shoes are they were sent to a wrong address. Realized it within 5 minutes, contacted customer service right away and 3-4 times a day NO RESPONSE. Got a shipping notice to wrong address, chatted with a representative who said nothing they could do about it and I should contact post office where it was sent. Delivery notice was UPS. They were delivered to an address in FL, I live in Michigan. Poorest chromed service I have ever experienced. Never did get a response from customer service to the 5-7 days mails I sent.

Never received them and it's sitting on the bus delivered a neighbors and they didn't have them either. I sent an email here again no response. So I guess I'm just gonna have to do my business sketchers or Sperry now

Love they dudes period. They are the most comfortable shoes Ive ever worn. But the last pair o ordered wasnt in stock and I had to contact them for a refund after 2 weeks. Some thing needs to change about that

After purchasing shoes from Heydude I was bombarded with spam mail. I tried unsubscribing but all I got were errors on the page, it wouldn't allow me to. I then added them to my spam list but yet they still get through somehow. I bought shoes as a one time thing for my wife from you people, leave me alone already. I don't need you 3% off coupons!!!

I ordered these in grey and they came in beige that is why I am unhappy.

It took approximately 2 weeks to receive one she in a 6 and the other in an 8. Obviously there was the missing piece that connects the shoes when you receive Brand New Hey Dudes. Ive ordered a couple pair of Hey Dudes, the sizing isnt consistent so you never know how theyll fit. A 6 an 8 I received of course isnt going to fit!! Frustrated because I had to return a pair that ran big for these. Since they use the Post Office for shipping you receive things extra slow.

I hate this website! They rarely have all sizes. Never have size 11. Why not just delete this site if you can never have what people want or need?

If you want expensive house shoes then these are for you. If you actually want to wear outside, they flop around and change shape.

Very tight and uncomfortable on my heal. Seems to be sewn on leaning towards the front of the shoe

My feet hurt so bad. My boys love them but my foot feels bruised

I love Hey Dude shoes, but I bought these for my daughter 10 days ago. One of the tassels fell off and we couldn't find it. They look stupid without it. Apparently there is nothing Hey Dudes can do about it. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and lack of ability to do anything for a product that is less than two weeks old. I will buy a replacement because my daughter loves the shoes, and then I will not by from them again. Shocked they don't stand behind their product. They've taken a loyal customer and turned me into an angry customer.

Took about 3 1/2 weeks to get them not happy about that, but they fit and thats good..

I ordered a size 5 because that's what I wear and they were over 2" too long. They are not true to size or they were marked incorrectly.
