The only drawback is my pant legs get hung up on the finger loop on the heel. I have to pull my pant leg over the loop every time I stand up.

These run a little bit large like a lot of boots. However, good looking boot.

Very comfortable

Comfortable and attractive boot that can be dressed up or down depending on the situation. I wear it for work as well as casual envents.

I wear it occasionally to the office. Easy slip on and off. Comfortable, but feels almost a bit larger than I need. I felt a half size smaller may be too small because of the tapered front.

I'd make the heels a little bit higher

This boot is like a glove in your foot, it's very comfortable,the downside is minimum arch support,I have to buy it separately

Love the look, but even the "wide" ran a little narrow. I took out the insert to put in another arch support and the factory one was glued to the bottom, so it ripped which means I cannot return for a wider pair. I will order one size up next time.

This boot fits perfectly but the insert is thin you can feel the rough sole on the ball of your foot. Boot 11964AM-215

We had to return the size 14 -- it was too long.

I really liked the look of these when I initially found them and was excited to get a stylish pair of boots. I live in New England, and wanted something that looks good and also can serve (somewhat) as an actual boot. I am not wearing these through the mud or anything, but I wanted something that would hold up and keep my feed dry in a thin layer of snow or damp conditions. When I went outside a couple days after getting them, there was a very thin layer of snow on part of the sidewalk (maybe half an inch at most). Within an about a minute, my feet got wet and cold. I actually think that my sneakers kept my feet more comfortable in damp conditions than these boots which was a huge bummer. In addition, they started to crease pretty significantly by my third or fourth wear. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.

The outsole of these wore out pretty quickly. I've had them for about 5 months, and the rubber outsole on the heel is peeling away from the more solid heel block, and is worn almost all the way through at the back. They're comfortable, but I'd have expected them to last longer at this price point. They seem to be designed for people who don't walk more than from the parking lot to the desk. If you have a job where you're on your feet a lot, they aren't the best option.

I ordered these in my typical size, but they were too loose. Think wearing a pair of laced shoes with the laces completely untied. Very uncomfortable that way. Swapped them out for a pair a half size smaller, but these were way too tight as the sole was no longer my correct size. My conclusion is the elastic on the boots is too loose to hold everything firmly in place. It is a shame as the boots look very nice, but if I can't wear them comfortably then they are useless to me.
