Nice leather, nice cuff, low arch support but comfortable for those who need it. Two tone sole looks great in person, I was skeptical that I could wear it with slacks and have it be too casual. This is a dress boot that could be worn with jeans (I won’t but you may). The look from above is a western style toe, its not super pointy and has a slight arc from the outside to the big toe; typical boot look. Attractive leather and rubber sole will be quiet on hard surfaces. I like the sole because it has a little grip as well. These are not hiking boots but you can pull in the trash cans and not feel like your gonna eat it in wet grass or clip clop around the office. Buy this boot if you don’t want a plain old dress shoe and you have some cowboy in your soul. I bought a 10.5 wide.

The shoe is narrow and left me in pain after wearing them for a day. I love the design but the volume and width are both small.

Zappos recommend a 11.5 when I normally wear a 12 and they were correct this time. Only negative I could say is the boot feels slightly too narrow but it feels like it will break in overtime. They are comfortable, seem well made, easy to slip on and off, and look great. Very pleased with these boots.

Since I have these boots in the crazy horse style, I figured to complete the selection with a smooth finish. The chestnut color pairs well with khaki colored dress pants and can complement jeans. Simple designs go a long way to pair with classic clothing styles and this boot has what it takes. I do wish the insoles were a bit thinner, reduce by 2-3mm, and full length leather. Lastly, sizing needs to be updated as these fit me different than my usual. I needed to order one size smaller than my typical dress shoe. Thank goodness I determined the correct size when I bought the crazy horse style.
