After a recent ankle sprain my feet were hurting tremendously. I was looking for the best possible shoe to help with this problem. After receiving and wearing the first day I could already tell a 100% improvement. I was to the point that I was considering quitting my job because being on my feet was all but unbearable. Now I feel like I can live again, also the pain in my knees I was experiencing from overpronation is gone too. These shoes are my savior!

Fits perfectly and an amazing shoe for both hiking and running

Perfect, I've had several of this shoe model and since I prefer it to the model 10 which were a disappointment I went to this website to see if I could get this shoe again, I'm hard to fit with a long narrow foot and orthotics but I can go to a 12 1/2 or 13 and it works out well. I'm a senior who wears running shoes nearly all the time, the recommendation of my PT. Over pronation with joint and back issues, the right shoe makes a huge difference. I'm hoping your next addition in this shoe will be more similar to the 9 than the 10. I do prefer ASICS to anything else I've tried.

I like a shoe that makes my feet feel good. Most ASICS do just that. This pair did not disappoint. They are keepers. Thanks

Have worn Asics Gt 2000 series for many years & love the support they give me. Tried the new version 2000 Gt 10 didn't compare to the 09. Omitted the support bar on bottom of shoe on the 10's, 10's felt very flat with no support for overpronation, hope that's not the direction Asics is going with the 2000 Gt series.

Great shoe for my pronation! Fits a little tight at first but stretches a little after wearing. Snug fit. Great arch support

The Asics GT-2000 9 (D) fits perfectly, love the support for pronation.

Very comfortable shoe out the box. Great for walking and workout classes. I wear a half size larger than regular shoe.

These are my absolute favorite shoe for running. They provide excellent cushion and help with my pronation. I have several pairs and have used them for years.

My 8th grade daughter loves these shoes. She said they are the most comfortable shoes she has had for xc and track. Her feet overpronate but these shoes give her the stability she needs to run her best each practice and meet.

The GT series was recommended to me by my podiatrist for nerve damage in one foot. This is the ONLY shoe I can wear as is, without my custom insoles. I hope they never discontinue this line.

Fix the heel drop!!! The 10s have a different heel drop so be aware. It messed me up big time with my heels so I'll be wearing 9s until it's fixed

Great all-purpose sneakers. Comfortable enough to wear all day, enough support to go walking, and enough cushioning for exercise.

Love these shoes...old faithfuls for my feet and they don't give me shin splints. I do wonder, though, how long the toe box is going to last. It seems that there's already some wear after just a few weeks of wearing them. It's been a bit since I've purchased this model, and they've changed the material along the toe line. Hoping they last as long as the other models have!

These were hands down my FAVORITE running shoe but I haven't bought in about 8 years so I was very nervous. I wear the hoka Bondi at work but just don't like to run in them. I'm no marathon runner, just a couple miles at a time. These are supportive in all the right places yet feel so cushiony to run in. I'm a 10 wide and they fit perfect!

Selecting the right sneaker and customizing it to my comfort was easy. It's the most comfortable walking sneaker I've ever worn. Highly recommend!

Love the GT-2000 9!! This is my 3rd pair and just ordered another to put away. I hope the GT-2000 10 fit the same.

I actually bought this shoe as my "Indoor" shoes. In black which goes with everything. The shoe is lightweight & stable & comfortable all day long as I am always moving through my house, up and down the stairs. This is my fourth pair of Asics and my second pair to wear as indoor only shoes. No more leg or hip fatigue with this shoe.

These are my go to running shoes. I find the GT-2000 to be a bit more snug fitting than the Gt-1000, they just seem to hug your foot a little tighter but not so much that you'll need to size up at all. The support is great. I put a lot of miles on my shoes each month and this style works well for me.
