I always wore the narrow in gel nimbus. ASICS stopped making them in narrow. Too bad! At least these were narrow, fit great, if not as much cushion. ASICS, please don’t stop making good shoes in narrow sizes!!!

Spot on as is usual for ASICS. I carry a narrow and these are a good fit and comfortable. I love the cushioning in the heel. I have bad knees and cushioning in the heel absorbs a lot of shock and I can walk with comfort for my feet and knees.

I was so happy to see that ASICS came out with a pair of shoes in narrow again. I have not been able to find narrows for a couple years from ASICS. When I slipped these on it was perfect!

So much better than the 2000 8. The laces always felt too tight no matter what I did in the last model. They fixed that problem and they also feel more supportive. It feels like there is more shoe so it hugs better. But loved the color options on the older model better - black with bronze or rose pink... now I have the black with neon pink which is a little bright.

I liked these shoes except for the fore-foot. It felt like there was no padding in the metatarsal area -- and I only wore them on carpet for a few minutes, so I am sure wearing them on hard floors would be quite uncomfortable for me -- if you have tender feet, you might feel the same. Also it felt like my big toe was pressed down a bit. However, if you have a narrow heel, high arch, and no forefoot pain, these may well be the shoes for you.

Heel too wide. Stepped out of shoe with each step.

I ordered my regular size 10 And these sneakers were too small.

True fit. Very comfortable. Lots of cushioning. Will be getting another pair.

These were narrow compared to previous ASICS, so returning them.

The 2000-9 is a good shoe for pronators and those needing arch support. Unfortunately the toebox runs narrow even though I have a narrow foot. I'm exchanging for a Wide which I have never have worn in my long life.

These would be good for someone with a balanced stride or who needs a little extra support in the outside of their foot. I tend to overpronate slightly and have a high arch, and these did not do it for me.

This is a comfortable and supportive running shoe and this is the shoe I always return to after trying other brands and styles. I ordered the narrow width and it is perfect for my AAA feet. This shoe suits runners with flat to moderate arches.
