I have a high instep and was worried that I might not be able to get these shoes on. It was a little tight, but once I got them on they felt absolutely perfect! The dual zippers made this possible. Finally, the inside and the outside are very high quality. This is my sixth pair of shoes from Naot, and another one is in the mail!

These shoes run at least one size larger. If you have a D/medium width they’ll feel 1.5 sizes larger. I’m a 10.5, and ordered the 44 which felt huge. Exchanged them for the 43/10 and they still feel a half size larger because of the width. These feel loose around the entire top of the foot. I’m keeping them because I really like the style, and felt the 42 might be too short. I’ll wear a thicker sock with these. I have the Director model, and those run about a half size larger.

Love the way this looked however they are super wide. I ordered a half size smaller. Wish they'd worked out would have been a favorite.

I wanted this to be my go to shoe. Amazing comfort, potential to look great. I would have bought a second pair in brown if they were not so wide. See the earlier review from an other buyer regarding this same comment. Great boot if you have a very wide foot. I am a 10.5 and purchased the 10 which still left the right amount of room in the toe. Definitely size down. Alas, I had to return them. Zappos, maybe you can reach out to Naot and have them correct the way to wide situation in the future, I bet it would be a big seller.

After wearing to work for 3 month (only 3 days per week) the sole of the shoes have completely separated and the (apparently just decorative) “stitching” is tearing off. These shoes are cute & comfortable but the glue they’ve been thrown together with is terrible. Cool style, terrible quality.

I love the look and feel of these boots. I've worn a lot of Chelsea boots -- what I like best about this pair is the zipper closure on both sides of each shoe. Makes they much easier to get on and off and still looks great.

Love this shoe - unfortunately had to return it as seemingly a full size or more too big though….

I haven't worn them outdoors yet but they fit well and are very well made. Nice leather, soles, insoles, stitching and zippers as one would expect for the price. The 8's feel almost as big as a US 9 (as expected) and they are excellent for a wider foot and high instep (which I have). This is the first slip-on boot-like shoe that I've been able to wear.

Unlike other reviewers, I found the size exactly true to fit. I normally wear an 11.5 US and since these do not come in 1/2 sizes, I ordered the 11. It was too small, and not wide at all. I am exchanging for the size up.

Size was too big. I needed to size down, since it fit more like a boot, than a shoe. Otherwise, this is a great product.

I really wanted to like these, but in just a short time wearing them around the house the bottoms of my feet were sore and the arch area felt a bit ... too stiff? Also, the dual zippers are a great idea but I had multiple issues getting them to cooperate. Not sure if it's the flexibility of the leather or trying to zip them while sitting vs standing, but this is the kind of thing that would make me not wear them as often as I would say, a Chelsea boot. Back they go!
