The shoes are well crafted, but fit a bit wide. I dislike the insole. It is flimsy and does not provide as much cushion as expected. I am replacing the insoles.

They are wide enough, but the inside button are not as soft as the Bout Time shoe. Also in the past we use to get spare shoe laces and a shoe horn, SAS stopped doing this.

Waste of my money. Tried them on for fit on carpet, as recommended: seemed to fit fine. However the first day I wore them to work, I got blisters on me toes, and haven't worn them since. I hate wasting money like this.

I have owned many SAS shoes over the years. This model busted out at the toes! This has never happened before. Either there was a manufacturing defect or this model is flawed is some way.
I would still recommend SAS, but not this model.
Full disclosure I am a Nurse and have wide feet, so I put many miles on my shoes per year, and my pair have lasted just shy of a whole year.
