The leather is hard and overall feeling not comfortable

Poor fit produces damage to back of one heal. Still trying to break the shoe in.

Step down in quality is apparent in more plastic. A disappointment. Switching brands as a result.

Nice shoe but even though we bought the exact same size as other Rockport shoes my husband already owns and loves, these were too small.

Shoes are very stiff and not very comfortable. Also, even through they are listed as wide, they were not.

I buy Rockport due to comfort, but these are the first pair in years that literally squeak while walking. This normally indicates that the shank is warped or broken, but I can't wear them as everyone notices and comments. I am trying to return them.
