I was excited when I saw that ECCO made a boot! I immediately ordered my usual 39. Upon trying them on, however, they were tight across the foot, but still slipped on my heel! I have medium-wide feet. The material also felt extremely cheap, plasticky almost. I tried on a pair of boots at Target the other day that seemed to have higher-quality material. I am so disappointed. They went right back into the box to be returned.

Fit is off. I am a 39 Euro/6.5UK/8US size but these boots are half a size off. I held them against other Ecco boots I own and indeed they are half an inch shorter. So they have to go back.

I recently bought another style of Ecco shoes and I love them, so I gave the Chelsea boot a try thinking they would have similar arch support. I was sad when these arrived and had almost no support. If you need arch support don’t consider these. Otherwise they were very cute.

I’m a long time customer of ECCO, and have always loved their boots. The materials a especially the design of these are quite cheap looking compared to other ECCO products. I held on to these for a while before finding another boot that is better. Sorry ECCO!

Always wear a M but this shoe was VERY snug across foot.

Unfortunately, the size was off. I have other shoes of theirs. I wouldn’t recommend ordering them.
