My 3-year-old grandson has hemiparesis from brain surgery when he was a baby. As a result he has drop foot and difficulty walking without some issues. This boot is the best we have found that work to not only keep his feet very warm but they are also super supportive and function like an AFO in a way. He walks better in his boots than in any other shoes. I can't really speak much to the comfort because he cannot tell me, but he will wear them for a very long time without complaint or trying to take them off, so I am going to give them five stars for that.
