These are so incredibly uncomfortable I had to send them back. super disappointed.

I wanted to really love the shoe but there is a hard piece on the left shoe that is sticking out and going into my foot and it is hurting my foot. I saw a few other reviewers experience the same issue but didn't want to believe it because its a cool shoe. LOL. Really wish this wasn't the case because they are really cool looking shoes and the sole is comfortable.

Very stiff shoe and tighter all around than expected. The shoe looks really great, but comfort is terrible!

Right shoe was cricket on two different sizes. Very noticeable and uncomfortable returned both

Too stiff on the back of the ankle. Can't walk in them. Also a little short. I ordered 8.5. Felt a lot smaller. But so stiff in the upper ankle, I had to take them off immediately.

I wanted to love these, since I loved the look of them, but they were extremely uncomfortable immediately when I tried them on! Very stiff and poor quality. Such a disappointment.

Sadly I had the same issue as many other reviewers. I ordered a men’s 6, women’s 7.5 and received a men’s 7.5, women’s 9. In addition, the boots appeared dirty on the cream part of bottom of the boot. I have always had great luck with Zappo’s in the past so I’m very disappointed to see several others also received the wrong size. Also, the part of the review which asks how they fit is not accurate as They were the total wrong size and I never wore them.

Product sizes falsely advertised. Exchanged for correct size after figuring out correct size. Finally returned for refund that I am yet to receive because apparently it's been issued to a gift card that I am unaware of?? This is bull. I've reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a men’s 7 women’s 8.5, and I was super excited to received these. To my disappointment I received a men’s 8.5/women’s 10 (even though I had ordered men’s 7/women’s 8.5) I contacted customer service immediately and they told me they were sorry they sent the wrong size, and they did not have the size I had initially ordered in stock anymore. They wanted me to ship them back and wait two weeks for a refund for something that was their fault. I was not happy with that resolution and they finally offered to refund me immediately, but I still had to wait about 3 days to receive my money back and go out of my way to ship the wrong size back via UPS. this was my first experience with Zappos and not a good one. These were in stock in my size other places at the time I placed my order, and I wish I would have went with another website bc now they are no where to be found.
