I have not gotten these to the mountain yet, but I can already tell they are a big upgrade from my previous boots. I had to return the first pair I received because they were too small - I am usually a 9.5 but ordered a 10, knowing that vans run small, I ultimately ended up with a 10.5. Zappos’ return policy far exceeded my expectation, I received my replacement boots before I was able to get the originals to the UPS store.

These are the most comfortable snowboarding boots, I have ever used. They are super customizable with the side boa and laces. I can get them to fit just perfect. Amazing product 10/10!

I rode these boots at whistler Blacomb in BC. I used em with a huck knife board and union force bindings. The boots allowed all the communication through the board. They were amazingly light and comfortable off the mountain #sweepstakes

I got these hoping for a high quality snowboard boot. This was perfect, it fits beautifully, the material is sturdy, and the boot is sooooo light. This is what shocked me most. I've used other boots, but these may be lighter than some of my regular shoes. If they keep holding up as good as they are now, I will never need another snowboard boot.

These boots look amazing and perform even better. Super comfortable right out of the box, great ankle support, and perfect flex for beginners to intermediate riders who want to progress fast. I use them mainly for all-mountain riding and they feel stable, responsive, and stylish. Highly recommend them if you want great value and top performance.

These boots are exactly like the description and picture. Super comfortable and I love the boas on the side! The sizing is true so that makes purchasing super easy! #sweepstakes

The boots look and feel amazing. Order half a size larger than your normal shoe size. Even so, the toe box feels tight, but I believe that will subside during the break-in period.

Fits true to size, but my mistake was not thinking about wearing thicker winter/snow socks. Will be going up .5 a size.

These are awesome boots but run EXTREMELY small. I would buy at least a half size up!

I got 10's, 1/2 size up from my normal vans shoes and they are way too tight on the right foot. Decided to reorder 10.5 size and the left foot is even tighter than the 10s and the right feels just as cramped. In a predicament because my bindings can't support a bigger boot. I've landed on keeping the 10 on my left foot and 10.5 on my right and might be able to stretch the other boots to have backups for the future. Really don't want to stall getting to ride soon trying to return these and reorder a 3rd time and then possibly have to deal with the binding issues. Sizing is very inconsistent from right to left foot and how they compare to other vans shoes and brands. But, they feel like they would be very comfy if you get two equally correct fitting sizes. The style and build quality seems to be great and I love the boa system!

Not necessarily on vans but the BOA lace snapped before I went to the slopes once. The lace is stuck in the side of the shoe and unable to be taken out so I can't replace it.
