These are incredible cute, comfortable, and durable. I'm a 9.5 and the 9.5 is perfect (not super wide, not super narrow). Love that they're waterproof, too. The heel makes these cute, but it's not a height that's noticeable when you wear it.

I wanted to keep these boots so badly! But unfortunately the width was still too narrow to be comfortable on my bunion-y feet. :( I ordered these in a 10W and was nervous the heel height would be too uncomfortable given my temperamental feet. The heel height was totally fine, however the width was more of an average normal width, instead of a true Wide. Had it been slightly wider in the toebox area, I would have kept these boots because they were oh so cute! Very on-trend but classic enough to last years and years. The great craftsmanship definitely shows through in these beautiful boots. Fit just wasn't perfect for me.

One word: WOW. This is my first pair of Hush Puppies, and I am forever impressed by the quality and comfort of these boots. The style is classic Chelsea - no frills or embellishments, but that's exactly what I was looking for. The tiny bit of a heel elevates them slightly so that I could easily see myself wearing them on a fall/winter night out post-COVID, but they're flat enough for me to stand or walk in for hours. The soles have great grip, even through the crazy winter snow and slush we had this year. And speaking of slush - it was never a problem because these booties truly keep out all the rain and snow. I'm a true size 5.5, which wasn't available when I went to purchase them, so I took a chance on the size 6 and they ended up working out great. I wear them with thicker socks for both warmth and to keep my heel from sliding around (which it did a tiny bit when I tried wearing thinner socks). Lastly, the insoles are and absolute DREAM. They have padding in all the right places and feel like you're walking on a cloud. Overall, I love these shoes and have been living in them all fall and winter. Can't wait to travel again, because I know these are going to be the perfect one-and-done shoes for fall & winter travel, too!

searching for a pair of Chelsea boots to wear with slightly thicker socks (not heavy duty socks), but these aren't it. These felt the way an 8.5W feels (I compared it to a pair of 8.5W boots I already own). My toe was squished to the very end. The width felt like a Medium. Sending back.

Chelsea fit size to size. High quality leather, suitable for narrow or medium. The leg looks neat, very nice model. Very comfortable. Didn't check on waterproof, but i think it will pass the test.

1 year later, these boots are amazing and my go to! Water proof and so comfortable. I can walk all day in these. I have wide feet and these were comfortable to wear from the beginning, but the material has give to it and has stretched to my specific foot shape. Normal wear so there isn't mush sheen to them anymore, but I could take better care of them. Can't recommend these more.

Was looking for a comfortable, stylish Chelsea boot. This is it! The moment I slipped them on I was amazed at how comfortable they are. Nice basic design that should go with everything. Excellent purchase. I highly recommend this one!

Based on the reviews, I thought I'd take a chance. My feet are narrow, but I have moderate bunions. I ordered the wide because some said it was only slightly wide/more of a normal width. This works for me. I wear an 8.5 or 9 depending on the brand (a 9 in Naot and Birkenstock). The 9 wide fit perfectly, and I'll have room for thicker socks in the winter! I've never tried a wide before, but these "narrower" wides are perfect for keeping my bunions from rubbing the toe box. Most Chelsea boots I have tried are too narrow and painful for me. These are extremely comfortable!!!
